I’m 51 years old from Chicago and this brings back memories of the good old hip hop from the 80s and 90s and on top of that this Brother that’s DJing got real skills on those turn tables, keep doing what you’re doing brother and thanks for that old school Music mix, peace
You familiar with some of the 90's crews in Chicago?
49 now, from Seattle. Yup this was the era. All the rest.....nah.
What the DJ
SAID lee man

From 86 to 96 best years in Rap music.
Damn!!!! Exactly the years I think Hip Hop was the best. Good taste in Hip Hop my brother! I'll be 50 this year so I've been there when it comes to Hip Hop.
@@MrAngelroc glad to know that someone is 10 years older than me.. I thought I was the older hip hop fan here lol
i am born at 2002 and in this video i know any song..😔(sorry for my english, im french🇫🇷)
@@Nezyah you're welcome my friend...frensh is a beautiful language.
@MuhammedGabriel Thanks you friend 👍🏼
This hip hop mix is probably one of the best I’ve heard ever
Wow.. You took me back son! To those tagging days, taking a radio and hanging out with your crew to break on cardboard. If you grew up in this era like I did, we were definitely blessed 🙌 . Youngins have no clue!

This was the Era when i recognized and learned hiphop culture, glad i grew up on this golden age.

Me too
They stripped everything from real hip hop. DJ's scratching and mixing. Dropping mad different beats to make a track sound fresh as hell again when the jawn was like a decade old. Break Dancing, Poppin and lockin, Graffiti, Fresh Festivals. Our gear was is and always will be dope. I still rock Shells, suede pumas, Stan Smiths and Gazelles (the sneakers not the glasses) Kangols. Taping Lady B on cassette every Sunday morning into the late after, trying to hit pause when they announced the D. J or Power 99 FM so I could fake the funk and pretend I made the mix to my homie D. J. Pummz. This distant cousin they call hip hop now ain't shit. Not all of it. I'm not ignorant and blind. But these dudes are phony. Half of them are more feminine then the chic's they pretend to be with. No culture. No real DJing. I know every generation thinks theirs is the best. As far as Real Rap music and Hip Hop goes can't nobody tell 70s and 80s born kids a dam thing. We lived it. Did that thing right. First place I'd go when time travel was realeased would be 87. So many legendary M. C. s and groups dropped albums that year. I dam sure would let someone else take the time machine and just chill in the 80's because the girlies are free and the crack cost money. It took a Nation of Millions to Hold us Back. We Gots to Chill. We had Around the way girls and whopped are asses off to three bad brothers you know so well. We came Straight Outta Compton and wasn't no Half Steppin. Recognize younstas
brings back so much good memories during my DJ days, no computers no mobile phones, the turn table was the center of the house pumping and swaying on the dance floors
This man just slammed out so many BANGER jams from a time I was too young to enjoy.
Dude has unreal music taste.
Incredible i have been listening to hip hop already 41 years,
When hip hop had substance ! 🎤🎛✊
Substance that stuck to the mind as well as ya ribs!
There’s not real hip hop today... everything, is auto tune and related to irrelevant non-sense. Long gone are the days of real hip hop.
Facts. #GoldenEra
@@steveabraham3052 word.
it's still there man just have to dig a little deeper these days cos labels have infliltrated and reappropriated the culture into a cash machine.
Sit back and enjoy this journey down memory lane... to where life and music was surreal. Thank you, DJ Scratch 👊🏾
I'm glad I was there from the beginning. This was definitely the best era and I have some great memories. Where did it all go 😭

Me showing this video to Dad : "Dad, look at this video what is this?"
Dad start crying : "Take a sit, Son. I'm gonna tell you the legend story of the best vibe ever."
Damn I miss when rappers and djs had skills, not just a beat and a hook that gets repeated over and over and over. Bring back the lyrical mcs

I’m glad that I lived during the greatest era of hip hop (1980’s - 1990’s).
As a DJ myself there's no way I'd be able to not cut up that rock the bells intro
Nice beat... hip hop real music

Brent Graney Agreed!
@@TrumpFanNetwork2 he was saying that he wouldn't be able not to scratch it up
Lol, I said the exact same thing....he’s nice though....
I was glad I got to experience this Era when True Hip-Hop existed. Bro, your set teleported me to that era when I would just stand there and admire at the dj' cutting up the beats just like you do. Thank You..
