This sections of the GW2 story has been some of the best it has ever been. the slaying of kralkatorik was truly epic and emotional process and i still brought to tears when i see these scenes each time. ArenaNet nailed this in a timeless manner.
I wont cry... I wont cry... Music builds up... Caithe/Aurene: "I am not him" Dammit i'm crying. I love this video. It's amazing & really well edited! Thank you for making this. :)
I've only recently returned to gw2, and I never beat heart of thorns, path of fire, or any living world episodes. I'm excited about End of Dragons so I've returned to do as much as I can, and I must say I've fallen right back in love with gw2. It's been a while but I've been playing through the story, becoming invested in all these characters I've never met. I'm so many years late to this story. I've had nothing spoiled, which speaks wonders about this community. the story has resonated with me more than I expected it to in so many ways, but living world season 4 fucking GRIPPED ME. from joko, taimi, the olmakhan, and blish....and just now I've finished episode 5. I know I'm very late to this story, these characters, and the connections people have with them, but i can't stress enough how much this MMO has blown me away. I am, to put it very lightly, really fucking sad at the moment. while playing through I had a friend warn me to avoid spoilers, and I have, he also sent me this when I finished episode 5. This video is such a wonderful reminder of all the things I've been through with aurene, and how much I grew to care about the story of this MMO. I'm rambling a lot but the moral here is that this is a very good video, about a wonderful character, in a really amazing game.
I'm kind of amazed at how few comments and even views this edit has given that it's literally one of the best I've ever seen. I'm not even saying that out of bias -- I love GW2 a lot, yes, but the way this is clipped and edited with the most perfect of music choices added to it, the swell of the song in rhythm with the emotional beats and character dialogue --- it's genuinely breathtaking and heartbreaking both. Thank you for making this. I've had this saved and already watched it multiple times over the past few months, and I can't believe I hadn't seen it sooner.
I haven't done this part of the story but this video makes me cry! So much! I have done different parts though but man this is good! The edits and the music! The scenes chosen and the quotes/clips of the game!
Although at this point I already know how to follow. I can't help crying when I see these moments again. Taimi's music and crying don't help much to control tears. In fact, a couple of days ago, this part of the story had to be repeated because of the weekly event, and to cry loudly again. The video is great, congratulations on editing.
will not cry "i am not him" ok ok I'ma just teat up "Taimi crying and Aurenes body." **burst into tears** Burn me it still hurts like a ton of falling bricks ;-; Beautifully done ! thank you, Anet should see this
I’m guessing you Main Charr? “Burn me” is a pretty Charr swear lol. But yeah, I absolutely *broke* when Aurene died. Thank God the first time I played All or Nothing was in the Return To and I didn’t have to wait a *month* for War Eternal.
Wow! What an amazing AMV, well done! My heart hurts so bad now from the goosebumps :( Aurene's legacy is literally the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.
Guess who ate the master of "coming back to life"? :> Just my guess. Either that or Gnashblade has to change his merchandise plan. Either way, fantastic piece of art! :)
as much as I love aurene, I kinda wish she stayed dead. It would have been so impactful and interesting to see the commander and their allies struggle through calamity without a set plan, their hope gone. Trying to find a way forward now that glint's legacy is ended. Is there something glint didn't tell us? A way forward despite the odds?
Hey, I love your "I am not him" amazing tribute video. I would like to translate your subtitles, but seems like you turned off this possibility. Can you please let me do this? :)
Wow, amazing job. The way they handled Aurene's departure in the game did nothing for me. I felt it was a bland and actually almost boring end to the episode, but what you did here... This actually gave me the feels that I think Anet was trying to deliver.
*Try not to cry. Try not to cry".
*Rolls over
*Crys*
Me while editing.
Our little baby dragon coming back, don't worry. Got them mad Lich powers bruh
It's been over a year or so now but man, does this still hit home hard, loved this part of the story so much!

That's me watching this second time. In the first time I cried out loud form almost the beginning.
I love that this MMO is capable of really getting my emotions going, amazingly edited, but goodness tt's heart wrenching
I won't cry, i already saw that one.
*hear Taimi break out in tears at the end*
Damn it Taimi...

This video deserves so much more attention. I’ve watched it more times than I can count, and it always renews my love for LW Season 4.
Although at this point I already know how to follow. I can't help crying when I see these moments again. Taimi's music and crying don't help much to control tears. In fact, a couple of days ago, this part of the story had to be repeated because of the weekly event, and to cry loudly again.
The video is great, congratulations on editing.
That was delightfully edited
Well done
Closing with Taimi's cried though... Gosh

Wow! What an amazing AMV, well done! My heart hurts so bad now from the goosebumps :( Aurene's legacy is literally the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.

Amazing video. Would love to see more. Subscribed!!!
wow this is really good! not the story but how it was put together of course. I don't want to believe this is the end.
It's not the end; there's still one more episode in this season. And then there's season 5. Plenty of time for things to get so, so, *so much worse.*
Aurene, Queen of the elder Dragons, saviour of Tyria!
Oh my god, so good I got shivers
Amazing edit!
Definitely underrated
Damn, amazing work.
