'Don't recycle lies! - Dewan Rakyat heats up after PN MP brings up PTPTN loans

A minor commotion erupted in the Dewan Rakyat today after Ronald Kiandee (PN-Beluran) said that leaders should not make promises that couldn't be fulfilled, specifically in terms of promises on education which were not reflected in the latest budget.
This led to Chong Zhemin (PH-Kampar) questioning him on who had made promises to abolish PTPTN loan repayments.
He said the claims made the Ronald were false as it was a promise in the 2013 manifesto and was not in the latest manifesto.
