Sir in this frame you didn't assign any support at the ends of the horizontal beam. Then what behavior will staad show for that beam by default? Will it show pinned support behavior?

How to change mz unit in shear bending every time it took kip-in

You can do it by accessing the unit tool from top ribbon of "Geometry". Under it you'll see unit setup, change it according to use.

Go to File → Settings → Display options → Force units, and change the unit of moment from K-in to K-N

I am doing all steps as same as told in the video, using same problem statement for practice. it showing 0 error 0 warning 0 notes
But in share bending is not showing same values as shown in the video
I did all steps so many times but results are not matching.

May be you haven't select the right untis,
try to choose right units you will got it, I was also facing the same problem.
