am I the only one who watches dramatic makeup tutorials and tries them out the next day, no matter the occasion?? I'm literally going to wear this smokey eye to clean and watch Netflix tomorrow lmao
I thought I might be too old for a smoky eye at 64, but I used your concept with tawny brown, dark brown and gold brown shadows and liners and loved the end result!! Thank you!!
Nic, this look takes me back to when I first discovered you guys' channel all those years ago. Your skills still leave me in awe. My favorite videos of yours will always be the drag look you did, J Lo's "on the floor" tutorial, and Sam's Marlene Dietrich and Marla Singer. These were the defining moments in my makeup learning journey, and I couldn't be more grateful to you. I also remember you used Trax and Prunella to create that jaw-dropping look on Lorraine on our Pixiwoo course in 2012. Thank you again for teaching me makeup (and by the way you look beautiful). Love you both. Claire xxx
I love how she just put a tad bit of Nars concealer on. Most youtubers fill it in like a coloring book and cake it on
This is the first smokey eye that doesn't look horrible on my very pale skin and that doesn't require huge false lashes. Plus, it compliments my eye color beautifully. THANK YOU!
STUNNING!!! Thank you for taking the time to break this look down in an accessible way. Your finished look - - the skin, blush color, lip color - - they are magnificent!
This looks sooo good on you! And your hair colour is amazing!
I'm a makeup artists, and this is now my go to for quick smokey eyes. Like, it's so easy to change the colors and shape to suite almost anyone. But I try to keep to the colors you're using, cause it's perfection. Love it and love you gals! Alway learning and being inspired by you and Sam.
You are so beautiful its insane! <3
i love that u didnot change over the years end i Appreciate that in u
I love this series. More importantly I NEED THIS series!
Could you do a video on eyelashes? Fake ones, treatments, curling and how to grow them. I've got rubbish eyelashes.
I love the tip of taking the lip liner straighter over the cupid's bow to make them look fuller!! Thank you for that! xx
you look so pretty,i liked the foundation u used it made ur skin look flawless :)
I'm obsessed with smokey eyes. I do brown smokey eyes almost every day. This look is absolutely gorgeous!!
So simple and i think it's a day look. I would wear it to work. Also ur making me realize i can use pencils on my lids. Never even thought of that before.
I love her voice!
I am obsessed with the back to basics series
Nic, I just felt like telling you that I think you are pretty awesome. I have followed your channel since your sister started making the videos back when she was pregnant with Lilly. So glad you guys made something big out of it. :)
What a beautiful look! I love a smokey eye! I think they look so classy! Thanks for another great tutorial! Love them all!
