My goodness-how will you top these past two years. The 2023 seemed more sparkly with the Rathco? glass ornaments. And all the little bowls of shiny little glass ornaments. Last year seemed simpler overall but still as beautiful. The garlands and greenery showed up more. At least to me. I loved the green pillows on the sofa. There's just something about greenery, wood furniture, little lights and Santa mugs. Can't wait to see what you come up with this time. You're gonna need another barn! Loved how you used sooo many trees. I will say, I like the dining room table year before last better. It's me and the trees😅😂. Of course, I love everything you do. Have fun collecting friend. Both 2022 and 2023 were really cozy and beautiful but my favorite was the 2022, that's when I first started watching your channel and I watched that 2022 Christmas video over and over again because it was so nice and cozy... Your home is always so beautiful for Christmas. You asked which is the favorite. It is very hard to pick, but the 2022 tree is my favorite! It was so full and gorgeous! But like I said each year your home is beautiful.

It's all beautiful. I love Christmas too! I have one tree that stays up in the Christmas Diner all year. I just themed this little extra dining room in Christmas, so I have an excuse. lol
I have to know what kind of blinking lights are on your tree. I want a few to add to my main tree. Those blink the way I like.

You lucky thing!!! Christmas all year, how fun! The tree the first year 2022, are just regular ole lights that I use the blinkers on, for 2023 it is the King of Christmas tree and it has different settings for the lights. I just love that tree, so fun to have. I did add color lights because they remind me of home and I just put the twinkle lights in those that come with the lights. I hope that helps. How beautiful this is ! I don’t know how you could improve on this year’s decor but I’m anxious to see it ! I just love Christmas decorations but I’m starting to get overwhelmed as I age ! Maybe since the kids are no longer living here I’ll start gradually down sizing ! Wishing you many blessings Michelle!❤️❤️

Good morning. What a nice way to start the morning! Christmas in July I’m all for it!! 🌲I saw so many beautiful pieces that reminded me of my childhood. In particular there were the red stockings with your family’s names…we had those too. Unfortunately we no longer have them. 😢 Thank you for the inspiration….your home is truly a Christmas wonderland! ❤
I love those old red family stocking, with our names written in glitter. My mother paid someone to make them and of course they spelled my name wrong! LOL! I love that I can display my sister's Tammi's....so special to me. The other ones are just old ones that I collected but I love the graphics. I sure wish you had yours. Oh the Christmas tree is just stunning!!😮 Sooo many beautiful vintage ornaments & that topper! I love the big Santa🎅 Any time i see a silver tree it bring back so many childhood memories🥹 My Mama had the big silver tree decorated with only solid color glass balls. Instead of lights on the tree we had the color wheel. I loved turning out the lights and sitting by the wheel, watching the tree & ornaments sparkle😊 And i loved helping put up the tree, i can still hear the sound of each single branch sliding out of the brown paper rolls that laid in the box waiting for Christmas! And we had A 4' Santa blow mold my dad bought my first Christmas in 1964. He would get on the roof & strap it to the chimney😊 After my parents separated, my mom couldn't do out so it sat on the front porch by the door, and it continued to sit there every year until my mom got sick & had to go to assisted living. So my kids & 2 oldest grandkids got to enjoy it also. The tree was eventually replaced & then away, but the Santa was still there, breaks my heart i couldn't get it😢 I've Actually collected quite a few vintage things for this year I'm so excited for! I had a few things, but this week be my first year really decorating with mostly vintage. I'm definitely going to continue to thrift hot pieces until Christmas gets here😁 I hope to find a few santa mugs, i don't have any so that will be on top of my hunt list until Christmas! I never thought to out one of my cloches on a silver platter, that looks really pretty for Christmas decor! I've been looking for one of the vintage ceramic tree with the lights. I know they have the replicas new, I'd really rather have a vintage one if I can find it. Love your collection of vintage ornaments & shiny brights. The red stockings with glue glitter names are very nostalgic, i continued to make those even for my kids when they were little, and my grandkids.😊 I love all your tiered trays, very inspiring! And the cloches are beautiful, especially love the one with the nativity scene!❤ The dining table centerpiece is gorgeous! And all your mercury bead spikes..wow amazing collection!! My Mama & my grandma always had the old plastic candles in all the windows. Grandmas house had A big picture window, that's where her tree was, but she had the candelabra like yours sitting there too. Grandma would sometimes use blue bulbs in hers, mama always had white. I like the bulbs in yours, where did you get them? The large Candy dish with decor in it is a great idea! So many pretty bottle brush trees🎄 Love the old paper feather tree! I'd love to find some mercury beads, vintage bottle brush trees a paper feather tree! I found a couple Santa, but of course i hope to find more. Definitely be looking gift ornaments too! Lol I'll be looking for everything😄 And definitely got to get started soon! I found several of the old resin santas cleaning out some storage buildings back in the spring, along with several other things.. had to send some to the thrift store we owned but i was able to get some good pieces. There were 3 large buildings packed with things, so much Christmas decor in all 3 of them! That was fun!😊 Girl I have several large totes still in storage back in NC, but there's not any vintage in it. Ahhh the first red stocking!😉😊 The porch is really pretty..i wanted a sleigh & Ice skates last year but could find either. They're on the hunt list for sure! I plan to get a new tree this year, mine is rather large & flocked. I bought it my last year in NC when i had a large living room. My daughter has used it since, our apt in TN was too small so i have it to her. I was a slimmer tree & no flocking.. its beautiful but so messy & I'm just ready for a change. My tree I used in the apt was a really nice table top.. It has flocking & what look like Ice, & red berries, its beautiful & I'll still use it, but I'm going to get a new one! Love the decor in the empty frames! I want a red pipberry Garland for my faux fireplace i was gifted last year for Christmas! Its in A big wood cabinet with a shelf & bookcases on the sides. I didn't get to decorate it last year since it was a gift.. so excited to decorate it this year! First fireplace I've had since i left NC! Fav thing to decorate besides the tree! I also have my step back & 3 old, but new to me, bookcase units this year! I've got to get busy finding decor!😄 I love the coffee bar area 2023.. sooo pretty!❤ I'm sure this year will be beautiful! The kitchen looked really pretty! The Hoosier is always beautiful, one of my favorite pieces in your home! Well, you know I'm jealous, i want one so bad!! lol joking about being jealous!😄 I do really hope to have one some day tho! I did watch you fire decorate in 2023, i thats when i found your channel. I watched a couple Christmas thrift videos, then the decorating ones. Seems like we've been friends forever tho! This tree topper in the dining room is pretty! Michelle everything is just gorgeous, all the pieces & decorating! I love both years! Something about 2022 seemed special, idk but i love both years! I love to ready your messages sweet friend, you always bring me exactly to where you're at and I just love it. We had the same silver tree and our sweet Momma would put only one kind of bulb on the tree and then the color changing wheel, it sat in our formal living room where the picture window was so it could be seen from the road. Our other tree was in the den. Friend you will find some Santa mugs and the other things you are looking for. I'm excited for you to find them and I know you will have so much fun decorating this year. Any news on your husband's job? Please let me know....I have been praying. But the ministry that we hope to start will take awhile, probably as least up to a year. Right now We're just focusing on getting settled & finding a home here. A few years ago I moved from the home my husband and I lived in and the house I bought was not finished being built. Unfortunately my things had to go into storage with the moving company and all my Christmas things were lost. Looking at your video brought back the good memories as some of your items I had. Can someone please give me feedback because I wanna change colors and Themes this year. No Red, it's too overdone and I need a break from it. I was thinking about Pink & White or Sage and Silver ? Thoughts please ❤4:05
I say use the colors that bring you joy, no matter what they are. You can really gage your color inspiration by looking at Pinterest, I believe that have many post in those color schemes. I'm very traditional with lots of vintage things so I will always use red, but I believe any color would be gorgeous at Christmas if you love it. Choose the colors you are drawn too and I know it will be perfect!
