Love me this song!! Great Punk and Wattie is My Favorite Political Punk Singer of All Time. That's a Strong Statement for a guy that's been into Punk Since I was 13 now I am 50 years Old.
The drums/drum machines on Horror Epics are well epic to say the least. I grew up a metal head back in the eighties (still am) but I remember a friend of mine in high school in 1988 turned me on to The Exploited. It was around Christmas break and he made a copy of Death before Dishonor for me (their most recent release at the time) and it just absolutely blew me away. I remember lifting weights in my basement listening to that album and being pumped beyond belief. I bought Horror Epics in the summer of 89 and to this day I'll never forget the first thirty seconds of that song. The opening bass line, tribal drums, and then Wattie just spewing his aggression on the mic. Horror Epics has a slightly different sound than the rest of The Exploited's albums but it's one of the best if not the best.
This album has some very unique drumming to which I’ve Never or have I heard to this day this.original! Fuckin love you Wattie! Lyrically this album is nothing more than mere genius T H E E X P L O i T E D The lyrics
I love this album to me it's the best Exploited album ever. I'm now 49 being Covid-19 corn-teen bring back music. My 9 yr old loves Troops of Tomorrow ofc not on this album.
This sound more Dark/Post Punk to me. But whole album is Hardcore Punk with dark driven mode...I listened this when I was 14 and I still listened this one im my early 40s
I was 12or 13 wen I first heard the exploited am 51 now I went straight out to buy a copy of exploited barmy army and army life with fuck a mod on the B side and went to see them at carlise city hall and carlise Stars and Stripes about 6 times in all back in the early 80s I bought the horror epics album to, love this track, EXPLOITED BARMY ARMY massive part of my life 👊👊

most badass bass/drum combo ever in punk. great tune to skate to.
More than orgasm,so true
@@evilboots5296 It is completely STELLAR!
FUCK YEAHHHHH!
Greatest drum/bass combo, ever.... period.
Between Bram Stoker and George Orwell. Always amazing years after years
This and Let's Start a War are Exploited's best!!!
Don't forget the chaos
Unstoppable drummer and bassplayer!!!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe this was a drum machine with Wattie's vocals layered on top.
@@ghostpaladin8173I've seen them live and no drum machine in sight. But as we all know, studio albums get all the bells and whistles treatment.
@@ghostpaladin8173 Out of almost every drummer, Willie is one of my favorite drummers.
@@ghostpaladin8173 It was a Linn Drum but of course Willie Buchan could replicate it on stage!
@@_fabio1978 nice reply. Linn drum. You get +10000

The machine gun pounding of the drums makes this song even better.

this song is the link between early Killing Joke and Mind era Ministry
Oi oi!
Never heard so powerful tune. Is this punk? Crossover? Or what else? I need more.. Suggeations?
Street punk
This is Exploited this is troops of toomorow this is hypnotic punk bass, drums....this is future, now and end of us- this you live only once
It's The Exploited... This album and especially the title track sound very peculiar in their discography.
This sound more Dark/Post Punk to me. But whole album is Hardcore Punk with dark driven mode...I listened this when I was 14 and I still listened this one im my early 40s
It’s post punk influenced. i think they were listenining to Killing Joke a lot. This sounds sounds like an early KJ song to the max.
Punk died. Unlike Jesus it will be reborn.
This Shit is BadAss :)
