not even bribes Mfethu. Yazi there are places where they have Ghost workers in the departments. If you check the records you'll see that maybe 15 people are being paid but only 6 people work there. Especially in the small rural towns.. when it gets to this point you must know they believe they own the department.

It does not matter my brother, perhaps what u do not know is dat when de state employ u, they employ u in full 7 days & de monthly salary dat the public servants received is calculated for 7 days in a week & this means dat even when u r off duty due to leave of absence or so u r fully paid & u still expected to continue showing good ethical conduct even when u r not at work. What u also do not know is dat these people tarnishes de image of de JMPD department due to their bad conduct in de community & they have confused de community as the law enforcement. Now what r these people teaching de community, dat public drinking is allowed?? Dat using de state resources for ur own personal reason is allowed?? I love de statement from MMC Chacu dat they should have been known it better dan someone else who never been employed by state, now this tells u dat there is a strong policy document dat all public servants should follow regarding how should they conduct themselves as public servants & the use of state resources. This policy document is presented to all public servants on the first month of employment & usually it is done during induction period before employees start to work. This is unfortunate event or incident & the heads must roll.
