The man playing Perconte, Jimmy Madio is one of my garden customers at Home deopt. He's a genuinely nice guy. and like all the actors in Band of brothers, gave a wonderful performance, paying proper tribute to the men of Easy company.
Jimmy Madio & Rick Gomez (Frank Perconte & George Luz) are always together at these reunions having fun with their fans and themselves, just as much as they did on screen together, they must be good mates.
I wonder if all these actors knew they'd still be so identified with these roles 15 years later. I'm sure they all welcome the chance to stand in for the real vets, most of whom are gone from us.
@@kbanghart lol... Yeah they're just doing it for fun ! Money definitely wasnt the motive... These guys are actors and always starving for money. The only ones who do it for no money are the real veterans who actually lived this shit.
Actually @@2147B this cast is different in that sense. They have volunteered their time for vets. Many are like that, but these guys (most of them) are the exception. Some have more open schedules than others too.
I've been watching this series a thousand times I even memorized most of their scripts. If my dvd had not been broken, I probably still watching it right now.
The 101st Airborne museum in Bastogne is well worth a visit and while there take the short trip to Hamm cemetary in luxembourg to visit the graves of muck.penkala and hoobler.
im waiting for my grandpa to come back to my house to finish watching band of brother for the 4th time, it helps when i have a question, or wanna tell him something cool i figured out on my own time. ❤️ these men are TRUE heros, its so sad, i know i know im in the new generation, and “young” i mean i am 13, but its so sad when i go and say to my friends “I cry when i watch band of brothers, its sad how some of them died” or “all these men are true heros” and they just say “We dont know what your talking about” or “why do you watch that” and “those people never even knew you, never cared, there all dead” and i break down, its so disappointing how people are. 😕
I know this is a little late, but I just wanted to say you have good taste. This series is truly amazing and you must be a very perceptive young person to like it so much and specially to understand what it all means.
As far as I can tell at the time of this "reunion" the only "original" Easy Coy man still living was Don Malarkey who died in 2017. Lt Sames was still there but he came over from II (Item) Coy after a promotion.
This was the reunion that Craig Heaney (Cobb) couldn't make it to, right? He mentioned that in his interview. But mannn you are so lucky to have been able to attend.
Been there,,,,, you must visit if your in Europe...........great museums,,,,,,,GREAT HISTORY AND THANK YOU TO THE WOMEN N MEN OF OUR MILITARY,,,,,,THEN N NOW!!!!!
I see Donny Wallberg is here signing with his left hand (I will assume that he is a natural lefthander - as per Blue Bloods). But I don't recall him being left handed in B of B. Can anyone confirm if Carwood Lipton was left-handed?? Cheers
Never has a show left such a searing impression on me as Band of Brothers.

I'm sure they welcome the residual payments as well as the appearance fees to show up at these things.
@@MikeRoberts1964 that's an odd comment. Why bring up the money they might or might not be making?

The battle of the bulge episodes were so intense. I'll always remember Band of brothers. Shame nothing is being made now.

The Great Dale Dye, who not only was a part of this great mini series but was a legend in his own right.

To be clear, they are the actors that portrayed the men that went through the experience, with such resolve and character.
Made me smile :)

Donnie Wahlberg wasn't there that I could see...the one signing with his left hand was George Calil who played Alley.
I don’t recognize the guy with the hat and beard at 1:35. Who did he play?
