this video is about levels of prevention. There are 4 levels.
1. Primordial prevention starts before emergence of risk factor.
2. Primary prevention starts when risk factor is there and is done to prevent the emergence of disease.
3. Secondary prevention is done to prevent disease from progressing into advanced stages.
4. Tertiary prevention is done to limit disability and provide rehabilitation.

Psychotherapy is a part of treatment.
In most of the cases psychotherapy is secondry level of prevention.
In some cases, psychotherapy is used for rehabilitation- There it is tertiary level of prevention.
Actually
Councelling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy are different types of tools.
While Psychotherapy is normally secondary prevention, cognitive behavior therapy is tertiary prevention.
Sometimes councelling is done before the onset of disorder . Such counciling is primary level of prevention.

hey bro I can understand that when u r in ur last minute preparation or when u have little time u need to spend as little time as possible and learn as much as possible ...
i feel u ...
and do consider increasing playback speed in the settings ... set it to 2x and if its too fast for u set it to 1.5 .... and 1.25 ...
so this will help u save time and maam can be comfortable the way she teaches

U do health edication to a Normal population bro ,... where the risk factor is absent....
Eg.Ur father advises u No smoking since u are a kid / even when u r not a smoker .....
it is Primordial prevention.....No Rf
Now imagine u r in ur college and start smoking .. now ur father advises u not to smoke bcoz it is harmful for ur health .. so stop smoking and improve ur health ...
This is called health promotion rather than education..... Rf+
