    Thanks for the video, awesome work as always! May God bless you!
    P.S. It's sad that the orange fluffy assistant can't show up. No kitty timestamps, we only got memories now.

    @MarkJohnson-dh6ei 28 days ago +3

    You should “dress” the stone so that the surface is round and flat across the face. A diamond tool or a harder stone would work.

    Pretty sure you can put an angle on the holder and push your knife or whatever you want to grind on this holder so you can use with one hand for the handle and the other just in push on the holder. Anyway nice work as usual :)

    Na końcu widać że się spieszyłeś. Podkładka jak i śruba trzymająca kamień wygląda jakbyś pomalował rdzę. A sam kamień ma bicie. Winne mogą być same podkładki lub sam kamien który można wyrównać z pomocą innego kamienia. Wiem że potrafisz lepiej. Nie śpiesz się!

  • @VideoMoltoBelli
    @VideoMoltoBelli 18 days ago

    Well, I didn't like this restoration. You're usually more thorough 🧐
    You didn't even apply half a coat of primer; you painted directly with electrostatics, and the holes are visible.
    The interior shouldn't have been painted (you could have cold-blued it if you wanted), and you also painted the holes where the steel shafts pass through.
    Ultimately, it's a nice restoration, but you're a professional, so let's hope for better results next time.
    Bye, and keep up the good work.
    P.S. Whoever sent it took 20 seconds to dust it off, but instead they sent it with cobwebs all over it. Maybe they thought it was Halloween.

    Sorry but I must down-vote. You didn't re-grind the sharpening stone, get it back to a true circle and surface.
