Easy Chicken Katsu Curry | The Secret Yorkshire Cook

Make my easy chicken katsu curry which of course can be changed to be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. You'll need chicken or tofu depending on your preference. This is one of my favourite and made even better as I used my own homegrown onions and carrots! Enjoy, and keep cooking :)
