Such repairs will not last long. The client wasted money. This process must be carried out on a workbench in a clean room. But not on the street, where there is sand and dust.
No such thing in Pakistan! Nor is there engine coolant to keep cooling systems clean..and I think oil and filter changes are unheard of along with torque wrenches. But, have to hand it to them, these guys work hard and get things done quickly. Imagine how efficient they would be with proper tools, conditions and workspaces!
@@MC-ft8zv There are no tables and simple garages in Pakistan? This is the usual culture of production, and it does not cost money, it is free. Laying precise mechanisms on the ground is a bad. And hit the bearing with a sledgehammer too. Why not use a wooden hammer or hit with a sledgehammer at least through a wooden plank? They save $5 on filter replacements and then spend hundreds on repairs. And while the truck is being repaired, it does not generate income for the owner.
Using a mini sledge to pound on the faces of the machined surfaces to put the clutch packs back together made me cringe.. Why not use a rubber mallet or at least protect the surfaces while reassembly is occuring.
@M C My sentiments exactly @M C. These men are awesome mechanics that do the best they can with what they have. I'd trust my equipment to them over many of the pristine shops around America. And they're probably quite fair with their pricing as opposed to the pristine shops that are paying for all the overkill...
These are awesome, gifted mechanics that do great work in the environment afforded them. They deserve much credit!
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
