I think you miss understand Marx, Lenin, and Marxist-Leninism. Marx did provided little philosophy regarding socialism/communism, while most of it was an analysis of capitalism and how we got here. He theorized that much of the behavior we attribute to ‘human nature’ was in fact influenced by our relationship to the means of productions, ie economics determines a lot of our behavior. He reasoned this because there have have been many collectivist societies, in recorded history, that shared qualities with socialism/communism to a varying degree and success. He also made predictions.
The big prediction he made was that revolution would occur in the most technology advance country, which he perceived to be Germany. This didn’t happen. Lenin rectified this with his assessment of imperialism. He said wealthy countries exported their alienating labor to the less developed countries there by exploiting them.
He thought that these backwards countries countries would be more likely to have a revolution because of the degree of oppression they experienced. After the revolution they still believed that these backwards nation, which never really properly experienced capitalism, had to go through a period of capitalism-lite to bolster the economy. Upon the formation of the ussr 13 different countries tried to subvert and destroy it. These experiences of constantly being at the threat of imperialist lead Lenin and Stalin to believe that the only way to protect their socialist experiment was through mass industrialization, a planned centralized economy, militarization, and a strong centerlized people’s government. Some going so far that communism and then withering of the state’ was only possible after imperialism was eliminated.

Hegel was full of it. He introduced true and false dichotomies into public discourse. Marx did as well. No facts behind it to start with. When the facts are actually released where do you stand?

Towards the back, usually, somewhere inconspicuous. Thanks for the interest and keep watching the videos!
