      @@TheRugbyTrainerTV back squats, deadlift, leg extensions, hamstring curls. Wondering is there anything rugby specific do boost power?

      ​​@@TheRugbyTrainerTV back squats, split squats, front squats, regular and trap bar deadlifts, RDL, basically the traditional lot
      Curious how Sam Warburton or someone else with similar stature in the rugby world would structure a training sesh

    My pregame training is drinking about 2 pints of dirty Trent water while white water kayaking, the night before a game 💀
