Could you elaborate on how as an employee/engineer i can get more project/clients for my company ie bring more money and save their time to ensure a fruitful outcome for my own career growth at faster pace.. which books would help in this scenario and implementing the change in workplace environment effectively on individual level..
What sort of company do you work for? My first recommendation would be to focus on really doing a good job in your existing role. Then you can work out what to do next

@@mohibquadri4053 well the simplest thing you could do to show/demonstrate value is to get more clients for your company. Are they typically big clients or small clients? Big clients are obviously going to be harder to get as a junior engineer. Small clients though, you can reach out to on Linkedin etc.
@@ConstructIQ Yes i can find out on LinkedIn but that's essentially not a part of my job so will other's be insecure about it if i do their work do they feel nervous or angry on me ? How to do it properly without offending..
