Ex- don’t starve yourself in order to lose weight, cut your diet low or speak to a nutritionist on a diet right for you (because not every workout/diet works for all bodies). And try to remember, the people you are jealous of are also humans. Acknowledge that everyone has emotions. You may think that they have a great, perfect life, but there may be things going on behind closed doors. Anyways, have a great day. Try your best to stay positive and physically and mentally healthy!
