just get an atomsplit it only takes about 10 hours of grinding I did it in one day without a fiesta. You get 2x the damage almost, more fero, and more survivability will be free t4 kills. You could also get gdrag to like lvl 150-175 with mithril mining to do more damage with less survivability but you should still be able to do it. Before I got ratted that's what I was doing and was working fine for me with 25k e man kills.
