I think it's still very interesting to see what these two content creators think about top 100 champs. LS really loves his point and click comps. Bonus movement speed stacks additively so it's very abusive. That Udyr Strat falls off but he also drafted scaling with senna and Kayle. That instalock swain. Read cad like a book.
Riot could adapt this, but I think there should only be first ban rotation on game 1 (to avoid the absurdly broken champs) because else the pool runs out too fast. Second ban rotation is fine, because you dont want your comp to be ruined by one pick
In a different time line, Caedrel coaches Vitality and LS stays at Cloud9. They meet at MSI and Worlds. The begining of the new El Classico between the 2 western regions that will last till the end of Professional League.
Great format. Something like the all-stars event implementing this instead of other handicaps would be good. It would allow the forgotten champs to get in the hands of pros again and be seen by the audience once more.
@fck peace players dont have to go through 5 drafts worth of picks and bans from previous drafts. A much larger portion of the champions are open for players, it takes LS a lot of time because of the sheer amount of champs that had already been banned or picked
Imagine this was the way league was actually drafted. It would be amazing to see what teams came up. Hell every proplayer with a small champ pool would immediately lose his job or atleast fall down a Summit.
@@mazorizk yh but like the 0.01% isnt expected to play like 15+champs at a professional level. You also have to think about the hours invested in a champ, i would expect a minimum of 100k mastery points per champ, and some champs may require more like asol, annivia, gangplank, azir etc. Especially if playstyles differ e.g. control mage (viktor), dps mage(ryze), burst mage, (vex) assasin (qiyana). Besides by the time someone is a pro, they usually have a small champ pool with a exception of a few players like caps and faker. Someone can be a master of a single champ like baus and they are technically still valid.

I love the idea of champs being unique and not reusable in a series. Now for a Bo5 that would likely be too much, but in a bo3 this would be great to watch.
We need drafting rules like this in the League Pro scene so bad. Maybe I could pay attention to it for more than a season and a half once every 3-4 years.

But bans become more powerful the less pics aviable as the less champs there are the less champs there are that do a specific job therefor banning that out has more impact then when the champ pools bigger

This similiar format is actually already a thing in the AOV Pro Scene that was called Global Ban Pick/ All Round Ban Pick, personally i thing this format is so interesting if adapted into LOL as well because it can push a team to thing many different strategy, maybe it can adapted not in the regular league, but special tournament like rift rivals etc
I actually kinda want pro play to actually be like this, but maybe with only one ban rotation. There are enough viable champions in the game now that you can pick 10 viable team comps without it feeling completely troll. It would definitely increase entertainment, and in my opinion, it would also reward creative and adaptable players.
It would be so cool if this could be played by pro's at the all stars for this year with both LS and Cadrel as coaches. This is an event that would fit right along with the other events that happen there.

Also it's just more realistic to not have bans be locked out because a lot of pro players are champion limited, I think it's unreasonable to ask a player to go possible 20+ champions deep to pick something.

What if this was in competitive. Once a champion has been picked or banned it can't be used for the entire series. Or a rule like, each team can only pick each champion once in the series(other team can still pick the champ next game but the team that picked the champ can't).

Therefore you still dont get like the same drafts, since there are still more and more bans, but its not like 100 champions being unpickable in g5. Idk fun stuff, would like to see this stuff played out.
Do an LEC or LCS draft of players to match this, so for example caedrel can draft Caps to play mid game 3 and so on. And have the pros play these cursed matches

Proplay is sadly everyone just using Rock and rarely if ever trying paper.

Or maybe take Picks and Bans from the winning team out of the pool - and the loosing champs stay in it - so you only lose 10 champs per game :)
