What is the difference between 3-5 method and "axe"method.i say just axe because i use it not onle one hand kettelbel but in more variations like bulgarian bag 5 reps for 30 minutes emom.And also i understand that this is a strength method but how we can combine with power like plyo exercises or metabolic conditioning?thank you.

You can combine them for sure. Do your strength first , then AXE endurance work
