I would have called the fire marshal as well as a local home inspector by the county if possible. Then have them look into my apartment that's been damaged. And issue them a find for the inhabitable condition of the building. If one unit is destroyed like that obviously the other ones are going to suffer as well. So I would be also finding all of the other tenants and getting there sides of all the things that they did wrong to them by the landlord and have that as evidence that they are not holding up their end of the contract.
My in the first story, you do keep good records! 2 Renters insurance good idea! 3 Gardening is dangerous! You have a great evening and thanks for sharing! See you in the morning!
A coworker of mine at the TELCO saw what was coming on the intranet and purchased a ton of city's domain names and sold them back to the city's. He also had a lot of dial up access company's in his wife's name to avoid a conflict of interest. He was a switching manager so he knew what to buy. He retired early.
In the United States a landlord is LEGALLY AND FISCALLY responsible to provide you with a safe living environment and to pay any costs incurred from you not having access to what you pay for. An apartment filled with black mold is not livable and you needing to live somewhere else because a pipe burst in your apartment are perfect examples of what these law apply to if not the exact examples used when they were written. In other words you have legal ground to break the lease and Sue.
Last one has been on another channel, the couple were quite wealthy Latin looking Americans that had moved into a well off neighbourhood. The police were in guns drawn, we will shoot mode when they left their cars. Luckily no harm was done. Karen next door did not apologise
As to the first story it's another case of a son taking over the family buisness being stupid and ruining the business. As to the second story op definitely had a legal reason to brake the lease because the apartment was inhabitable. As to the last story op should file a complaint against the idiot that called the police if possible just to screw with her.
i’m not going to have any problems like that, because i’m going to have 2 large German Shepherds in my backyard, as well as having the strongest Electric Fence installed on the top of my privacy fence, so if some jackbag even tries to climb over the fence, they will get a serious jolt, and then they will face my 2 Dogs
you may find LESS cop committing crimes if SOMEONE is issued with a ticket or arrested ( no sweeping under the rug) such as last story karen arrested for filing a false police report
I always thought that a person is innocent until proved guilty, why would you have to 'prove' that you lived there? (At least, that's how it works in the UK!!)
Unlawfully obtained emails won't hold up in court... if there was hotel policy about logging into another person's email that hotel lawsuit would fall apart in 2 seconds.
Though the question would be if it was unlawfully obtained. One could argue that, by giving OP access to the e-mail account, they granted him access to said e-mails. Kinda like suing someone you permitted in your house for trespassing into your bathroom. Besides, if they were unlawfully obtained, then you just demand a copy of all e-mail correspondences in discovery. If the naughty ones aren't given by the company themselves, they can be held in contempt of court.

1st story was good until I heard “Granted the people who didn't do anything to me lost their jobs too. But didn't do anything to stand up for me or help me either. So I don't feel too much remorse” That right there just made me hate op, that sociopath didn’t need to add that part in

Thanks for the third upload RedWheel hope you are well. Please stay safe.🏴😁😷👍. Have a great day and a wonderful week ahead everyone
Didn't you get the memo? It's a moral code of conduct for all the burglars to do some gardening on property before they rob it /s

911: what is the state of your emergency?
Me: send the police I’m being attacked by a wild Karen.
911: police are on there way
Saw that last story once as a rookie. Guy broke in and hung pictures of himself and his family all over the walls.
😂 we broke into house and did some gardening brilliant ♥️🏴
Thanks again RW

We broke into the house to do some gardening lol
With the amount of times I’ve heard that hotel story on this channel I look forward to the day one of the fired innocent colleagues gets revenge. 😂
Stealing fruit and flowers is common. Weeding is not.

Last story. All I can say is.......welcome to Louisiana.

Beeep and our next story…beeep and our next story. Cute
Do or do not, there is no try.
I've always thought this was one of the dumbest quotes ever. As though it's not possible to try and fail? Sheer stupidity lol.
It's funny I'm actually watching Star Wars while I'm listening to this. Empire Strikes Back , not the crappy last three movies.
@@davidponseigo8811 you scruffy nerf herder
It's really a gift when someone is so stupid and entitled they call 911 on themselves.

Did this take place in your country and therefore have to follow their laws?
G, I wonder where you got the hotel story? Seems to me I’ve heard that story from another redditors
Last story, the neighbor needs to meet up with a gator.
Repeats.
I know right. I wish they would use other subreddits to avoid this
