hi i,m from melbourne aust and i enjoy your cooking especially the ulu as i got some frozen and made chips ,as i like hawaiian well all island shows as i ate all that stuff in queensland and if cook islanders came for nuts i wanted to know what they used it for and found an uto fritter i just wish there was someway to can it even the wife liked it but me on the other hand , but there are a lot of islanders in melb . thanks for listening . lol to all terry🤙

Love the videos wish it was longer like before and I love the Saturday chores videos too I do want to know is there a difference between the taro used for luau and the ones not used and you put sometimes on the umu but must say keep up I always look forward to the videos because the food looks good 👍🏽

I enjoy your videos. Just suggestion. You can quickly and safely defrost frozen meat with a couple tablespoon of salt and warm water to cover the part of the meat you want to use and refreeze the rest. It will be ready in ten minutes.
