*Works so well **Fastly.Cool** that it only requires daytime operation until high temp and humidity are overnight. It is difficult to get to side filters, but back is easily accessible.*
Nice A/C unit , its good to have it as a back up, Even if it doesn't save cash, solar seems to be a natural choice for the sunshine state, thanks for the review stay safe
We use a portable in our camper. Works great. Ours also makes a bit of wind noise, but we kind of like that. We are the people that need to have a fan running for sound. We don't like no noise. So it's really a bonus for us that it's not whisper quiet. I'm curious to know if it does reduce your electric bill.
That's true about the sound. We like to have some type of noise like that at night, and also a fan or A/C. Like it cool when we sleep. We will post an update after we get our next electric bill.
Why does it sound rattling and buzzing. Nothing like any I've had before, normly loud but just from the air blowing sound. Was gonna get this until I heard the noise.
That looks like a nice supplemental AC unit. I bet it really helps to cool off that room. If you can get it 20 degrees cooler than outside, that is pretty good. Thanks for sharing. Debbie - BluWave Odyssey
Thanks Debbie. It has been working great so far. Hopefully it will help reduce our electric bill. Hope you and Bob have fun and stay safe on your trip out West.
Thanks Norm & Tina. We do have the temp set high to try to keep the cost down. We hope this will result in a lower electric bill next time. Have fun and stay safe up there.
Can you give me a tip on how to attach the “flange” to the hose? I don’t want to break it, but I can’t figure out how to insert it so it stays put. It seems so easy to set up, but this little hiccup is driving me crazy.
Mind will not blow out hot or cold air I cleaned all filters and I dont know what the issue is the humidity water is not coming out neither. When I checked the hose hot air was not coming out of the back of the hose so I am confused on what is going on
Hello, I bought a Serene Life unit. I'm not sure if it is working properly. Are you able to feel cool air as soon as you turn on AC mode? Are you able to hear the compressor kick in right away? Live in Illinois, we're temps are like a roller coaster. Just trying to figure out if it needs to reach a certain temp outside before the unit will actually work.
How's this Ac unit doing today ? Did you have any issues with water coming out of this unit ? I'm looking to grab this unit myself this week but there's a lot of mixed reviews.
It works great for us. There is a hose where the water comes out. We put the hose into a bucket and just empty the bucket periodically. No issues with it. Would buy it again. Good luck.
I'm wondering if your room came down to 60 degrees as it was set for. "Room was comfortable" doesnt tell me anything. Comfortable at 82 degrees as house thermostat was set at.??? It has "Modes." Does it actually PRODUCE cool air or just circulate room air? I'm trying to figure out if my new one is defect or standard. Mine is not producing cold air, just circulating.
It is still doing great. We don't use it every day, but it does come right on and works good when we use it. We live in Florida so A/C is very important to have here.
Hey buddy! I was looking at one of these to put in the 5th wheel but I’m worried about travel? Is it top heavy? Would a strap in the corner keep it from tipping over?
The heat option works great. We use it in our family room. We put folding doors on both entrances to the room to close it off, and it heats the family room and kitchen very well. No complaints about it at all. Thanks for watching.
Was wondering if this kind of AC units are any good I’m looking to buy one and eBay has them for a pretty good price. I’m wanting to buy one for my room because my house is pretty big and I live alone so I have no need to run the house ac unit through the night so I’m hoping to save on electricity at least through the night. Thanks for the review good job.
Thank you. We really like our unit. We close off the room we are in and it cools nicely. Also the heat function works really well to keep the area warm in the winter. Good luck.
Was thinking about getting one of these for my semi truck and just using the exhaust out of my window how has it worked out for you still holding up thanks
So.... what about the water ? .... we lost a deposit bc of this. The water coming out ruined the floor of our rented house, the owner kept the deposit to pay for it.
I have some good info for you on this something i found out when i inspected my sons old house in Florida and my daughter new house in Cal, i'll send you the info
Haha. That was done during the winter and we had it set at 85 so it didn't come on. During the warmer months it is set to come on at when it hits 78 in the house. Thanks for watching.
Just got mine. 6hr review: Cold and powerful but the compressor is pretty loud with a buzzing noise. Haven't tried heat or dehumidifier and probably never will. As for the air conditioner: 7/10 because of noise, otherwise 9/10
*Works so well **Fastly.Cool** that it only requires daytime operation until high temp and humidity are overnight. It is difficult to get to side filters, but back is easily accessible.*
Do you know where I drain it I. Have the hose attatched and got a E5 symbol says it’s full but I can’t find the drain for it ?
Looks like a nice unit. They have come a long way over the years. We had an older one we used in our pop up camper and it really helped.
They really have. Bet it was nice having A/C in your pop up. Thanks for watching Corey & Christy.
Hi Bob, that's one cool air conditioner literally, glan to see you guys are staying comfortable.
Thanks Rick. It has been working great so far.
@@LuckyDawgProductionsI can’t find the water drain plug I got a e5 symbol please help

Thanks John Charles. It is good to have a back up. Yes, solar in Florida is a good thing.

Oooh, yeah! Great review :-)
Thanks Holly. Appreciate you watching.

Thank you for your help. I was wondering why it kept shutting off at 72°.
Thanks for watching.
😊Maggie is a good looking dog😊
I hope the AC works out well for you
Thanks Margie & Jeff. It gas been working well, just hour it helps reduce the electric bill. Appreciate you watching.

Pretty cool, it seems very quiet for an ac. We really like that it's an heater too.
Lou & Angie
Thanks Lou & Angie. The heater part is what convinced us. It will come in handy when we have some cold spells this winter.
Does it seem quiet? I had a black and decker unit that seemed loud. And according to the video here, this seems a bit loud.
How much more was your bill a month running this ?? And how much was ac unit????
Looks like a great unit TFS wow you have your temp set quite high down there , hope you are both well have a great week Cheers 👍🍷🍺
Thanks Norm & Tina. We do have the temp set high to try to keep the cost down. We hope this will result in a lower electric bill next time. Have fun and stay safe up there.
Yeah, "comfortable" is questionable! He's red as a tomato!
Nice review Bob. We are thinking about a portable AC unit when we get out to Texas while gate guarding. I'll keep this one in mind.
Thanks for watching, Steve. It has worked out good so far.

Nice review my frnd. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍👍😁
Thanks for watching, Doug. Appreciate it.
I'm thinking that if I get a larger rv but want to keep it in my garage, this might be a solution.
LOL Scot
Sounds like it might be a good idea for you. A larger RV??? Very interesting, Scott.
@@LuckyDawgProductions You never know
Does this unit automatically completely shut off when the set temperature is reached or does the compressor only shut off while the fan stays on?
Yes, it does
How much did it raise your bill a month ????
Do you know how to activate the dehumidifier? I don't understand how to activate it
A handy thing to have on standby!
It really is Bonedaddy. Appreciate you watching, Mike.

My hose is attached but for some reason it leaks water from the bottom of the unit. I don’t know how to fix this issue
How much was ac units???
Can you please share how to open the inlet grill of this AC to clean up the filter? Thank you for sharing this

Same thing with mine! haven't been able to get a hold of customer service either. Have you had any luck?

I'm not sure, but I would think a strap would work to hold it in place during travel.
What size is the vent flexible pipe coming from the unit to outside
The pipe is about 3 inches in diameter.
Can the exhaust mount to a window that opens/closes left and right? Not up and down like yours?
Hello. How is the drainage (for regular, not humidifier use)?
Thank you for the informative video. Do you know how effective the heat option is?

Not sure. Maybe try contacting the company.

85?? What are you dragons?? Lol. 80 is the outside temperature when the inside AC gets turned on for me.

Great video, not something we use much in the UK, we have the older style AC, we call it a window 😂😂😂
Haha Mark and Coral. That is all we had when we grew up in Ohio. Open windows and fans. And we all survived. Haha.

Glad to hear you like it. It is a but noisy, but most indoor A/C units are a but noisy. We still like the one we have.
Darn... Hate to hear that the noise is bad.
Mine is flashing FL. Does it have a drain. Thank you.
Yes it does. We drain ours out .
Yeah, that seems loud
