Now we are talking (or not as this was asmr), we do this while out on the bank for salmon. any trout or dolly varden of a proper size we get while fishing for salmon get smoked up and munched on right at the bank.

I’m not so sure that “no talking” = ASMR. If you were a hot chick (which I may point out that you are not) talking might actually be ASMR. Or a certain WAY of talking. Then again, my ex was probably at her sexiest in the milliseconds prior to talking, at which point all positive elements fell to the wayside. Anyway, nice fish.

Is there hardwood in Canada? I only use hardwood down here as it's the best and quite plentiful. I am planning a summer trip to Alaska soon and plan on smoking meat. Just don't know what wood to use.
