Hello from Kenya. Yes, Al Mohler is such a gift to the body of Christ. He is so talented, anointed, and intelligent. I was blessed to have studied under his leadership at Southern Seminary. I got to know him really well and his family.
The Church in Canada will be going ahead of us and learning so much from what they are just beginning to suffer in social stigma. We in the US are starting to experience the same kind of thing, but our laws are not so changed as in Canada. If the battle for freedom in America is lost or compromised, we will be looking to our northern brothers and sisters for inspiration and counsel.
Love Ligonier but come on.....I agree they gotta NOT post names in alpha order for us A-Types and do L-R order. Chris Larson moderating the Panel: VanDoodewaard, Challies, Mohler, Henderson, Godfrey, Lawson.

@g a Why you say that? I like what he said. Here's why? What Steve Lawson said seemed to convict/center him and I gather that because it came across in his comment and the refletive delivery of it. He put the power and focus where it belongs, on God and His word where truth and love is not separated. It is true that not even our best efforts or peity is pure (which truth I've heard these reformed men exclaim implicitly and explicitly in their many sermons and discussions). I heard implied a humble recognition of God's ultimate ability to hold the many facets of these things in proper perspective and a call to leaning on Him in the simple devotion to Christ as our wisdom. Also what Mohler seemed to be getting at, is that this is easily forgotten. Only God is pure and His word is pure..so preach the word, stand on it, hide in it, come under it, be led by it, let it stand forth instead of self. By which the many motives that can spring forth and lead us into doing our own thing can be avoided and/or hopefully greatly curbed. Those are some of the things I got from his comment/testimony/confession/reflection/exhortation in relation to all that was said.
Did you all forget the Shepard’s Conference? Did you also forget that he has capitulated to the social justice moment? Pragmatism has a stronghold in modern erroneous theology. It gets stronger with every fake Christian leader that says we should listen to social justice people. Did you know that JD Greear has said th at we need to fight for LGBTQ people? Do you think Jesus would say that? Do you think he would say we need to be pragmatic and become more like the world to reach the world? Al Mohler has done NOTHING to stop social justice theology from invading the church. BTW...he has tried to RE-connect with John MacArthur (a TRUE hero of the faith) and he has cut Mohler off. Rightly so. Mohler has bowed down to the world and will suffer the consequences. Don’t forget that the world hates Christ...”they are of their father the DEVIL.”
@@AllSven Oh okay I see what you are saying. I wasn't familiar with those things and I commented without these things in view. In this video though speaking especially of Mohler's last comment it did seem what Steve Lawson said made him reflect on the things he said. But thanks I appreciate your response.
That’s me my prayer life NEEDS so much more obedience
I am always encouraged 'in the Lord' while listening to Ligonier...
Al Mohler speaking about truth and love. Wow. 👏

I find myself nodding with Challies a lot.
You should list their names left-to-right in the caption
