The best way to use it is if you get blocks and the lasso, and if you do it quick enough, you can make your enemies fall into the void
or if you can shuffle thru ur inventory you can lasso somebody in the void and just pearl back on the platform

Foltyn lassy can actually be really op if you have pearls you can make the enemy chase you and when you get close to the edge jump off in to the void and lassy them and after you lassy them in the void with you you have to throw a telepearl and then you will teleport on to the map and they will die
