My son was just hired at Walmart. He never shrink wrapped a pallet before, but he was asked to do it but was never shown by anyone at Walmart how to do it. Walmart offers no training of any sort for new employees, they just kinda throw you in....and the manager was nasty to my son because he wasn't doing it right or sure how to do it and asked for help. We had too look it up on youtube to figure out how to do it. Thanks for this video.

We had those little machines and with in a month we burned right through the threaded part, so back to hand wrapping 14 years got burn scars above my knuckles about 150 pallets a night.

Why not start shrink wrap at the very bottom? Thats how we do it at work. tie it on the bottom corner start at bottom and work your way up. You can also flip the wrapper when your wrapping to make it tighter. I forgot what it was called though,

+Michael Ursprung Yeh - you twist it every now and then - like a bow tie....and yes - you start at the bottom....and go round about 3 or 4 times at least.....at the base..you should also use a "lid" - or plastic sheet over the top to make sure it's waterproof in transit or storage..

totally agree. This is the 1970 way of packing a pallet.
Absolutely crazy. Do 10 pallets in half an hour. Then you can call 911.
"Wrap 2 or 3 times, whatever you feel comfortable with" is the best advise here.
