Thanks for the review! Just to provide a different opinion ... For those interested in the Fendigraphy (small) - I would strongly recommend going into a store to try it on :) I had all the same concerns as you before I tried the bag on. I think the usability / comfort of carrying the bag on the shoulder will very much depend on the person - for me, it was very comfortable. As for pushing the bag back so the FENDI logo is visible, this worked for me perfectly as well (have to admit, the SA in store was amazing). It's about the length of the strap - once it was the right length, I simply pushed the bag behind and let my arm hang and the bag simply stayed put! I didn't have to press my arm down or hold it awkwardly to keep the bag behind me and it felt really hands-free. The zip closure it then close to your arm so it also feels secure. As a crossbody (with one of the ridiculously expensive Fendi straps), it also lies really well on the body.
Great breakdown of all the deal breakers this bag has. I've had that happen, thinking I loved something but the minute I picked it up, I knew it wasn't for me. That's why I'm so over shopping online!! Seeing in person and trying on is so superior.
Coach had this silhouette 5 years ago: larger drop makes it very comfortable to carry, similar bottom width made it a wonderful diaper bag for short & quick outings 😉🚼💙

I haven't seen it in person but from pictures I said the same things about practicality. With the fendi logo pointing to the floor, no one will ever see the whole point of the bag. but then again buying a fendi bag(or any other high end couture item)is not about practical I guess it's more about how it looks. lol

I guess nano bags are never going to fit a phone, which Ive always considered to be a deal breaker. But I am very tempted by this one!! It’s good that you passed on this bag. Usually bags this shape have a strange fit and the opening is awkward. I need to feel ok with a bag straight out of the gate, if I have to play with it to make it work it’s a pass, so the nano too would be a no, not to mention the size. Fendi has many beautiful bags this season with prints and interesting leather work, and this would have been beautiful in the stripes, but not if it isn’t comfortable.
I was considering the same bag, the striped small, I love the look of it and am traditionally a hobo girl. My concern was the gold fendi on the bottom, I just keep thinking it will get really scratched from being set down. Thank you for another great video Autumn!
I have only used mine once , and I didn’t put it down once all night long, but somehow I managed to scratch the N on FENDI…. it was most likely done when I walked past something , or I put it on a table for a second ..I dunno ? But it’s so annoying . Still my favourite bag but I’m scared to use it
You should try out the new size (mini) much of the strap issues you voiced are solved by a simpler strap, lighter and smaller bag and options to swap the strap out for any chain using the d-rings!

I have not been considering that bag, but the video was interesting and informative regardless. I cannot do any sort of shoulder bag. They always fall off. It has to be either cross body or handheld. Maybe I need to do gym training! LOL! Thank you for the video and I hope your day is fabulous!
Oh, I'm glad I saw this video. Very interesting! I definitely have been considering this in the small, but would certainly go to the store to see it in person first. I think the combination of the wide bottom and the too short drop is making it fall off. The fact that the Fendi is usually not visible, but if you turn it a certain way it's like 'BAM!' is what I personally like about it. If the FENDI was always 100% visible, I feel like it would be too much. If this bag is released in white with silver hardware, I will at least be visiting the store to try it myself.

I am considering getting the nano size in white. I don't have a white bag (that I like. Lol). I saw a few RUclips videos on the nano and when it's worn as a crossbody the Fendi is visible. I have the new Samsung Z3 Flip so my phone fits in the nano. The small size is more practical vs the nano but I won't use that size bag as a crossbody and I doubt if I will always wear the bag pushed back, so for me the nano will work for me and it will save me about $1k! 😃🥰😆

I initially loved that bag too but my first thought was the gold Fendi on the bottom will get so scratched up. And secondly, I don't go around flashing the bottom of my bag to people. That would be too weird. You're right, people don't carry bags they way they depict it. Habe you checked out the MEDIUM DIOR VIBE HOBO BAG? I really like this bag because it's much more practical and can be carried as a hobo or crossbody.
I tried the cookie bag, as small as it is, it IS shown on their model’s shoulder, but that bugger would not stay on my shoulder! You’d think their design teams would understand physics and make the balance of the bag work? 😫 surely?! 🤷♀️ it was so cute and beautiful as well, and took me back to the 90s ❤️

I would be worried, that the hardware on the bottom might scratch super easily, it‘s like FENDI-feet covering nearly the whole bottom of that bag 😅 (and in a few months from now, there probably will be some better deals on that bag … it‘s sooooo hard for me to ever pay full price, since I know sales are comming, outlets are getting stock and there will be preloved pieces at a much better price one day 😅 feel you about that)

I’ve been contemplating this bag. I can’t explain why because I don’t own a single Fendi, but loved the look. This video has been super helpful for me. I also worry about the gold letters being destroyed over time. I think I’m going to go with the Loewe Luna instead. I’m a Loewe girl and the Luna has similar hobo/crescent vibes, but perhaps a better fit. They are very different bags though.

This is a bag that I don’t care for. I think they were trying to hard to be different. I believe it will be very dated looking sooner than later. I tend to go for the more classic bags. I am looking at the Gucci Diana….I have to dwell on bags awhile before I make a firm decision. Fun to think about!
WOW! I havent seen it, but I see why it's hot but I too would probably not want to have it just because of how destroyed the FENDI lettering would get. Also, it does not look very easy to get in and out of.
I know I thought about the Fendi getting scratched up as well but I want this bag ANYWAY! LOL. I'll just place it on my lap or keep it on my shoulder or the crook of my arm. I'll try to keep my plastic on the letters for as long as possible too! 😆
I have this bag in black with the extra fendi strap and adore it. But I like to hand carry it best with the larger strap hanging. It’s one of my favs in my collection ❤️
I also changed my mind on the fendigraphy after trying it out in person, because the zip kept getting caught making it such a hassle to zip open and close the bag. Not sure if it was a one-off defect on the bag on display but that was a big turn-off. Considering the price point of the bag, these kinds of issues are simply not acceptable.

Yeah, hard pass on that. I'm not a fan of giant logos anyway and the whole point of that bag is the FENDI on the bottom.

I`m guessing it is pronounced like calligraphy.
This is such a misunderstood bag. The bag is meant to be clipped form a circle and carried. It’s not a shoulder bag nor a cross body bag
