Why the hell does my book draw an enormous chart with arrows and all that bs...this is much simpler, algebraic...it’s just neat! Thank you so much, you’re a GOD!
Because that chart actually shows energy levels changing with each reaction? Like personally I find visual charts to be much easier to follow. There's no bs in showing systems in different ways.
hi, thank you so much for this video. i'm a college student who's chemistry exam is in 4 hours and this is one of the exam topics. bless your soul and have a good day
I really appreciate these videos. They are saving me in my Chem class!! You explain things so thoroughly and in a way that makes it easier to understand.
Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an awesome introduction into Born Haber Cycle in AP/General Chemistry. The practice problem is simple to follow and understand , however, I am confused about the final solution. I will review this material from start to finish. This is an error free video/lecture on RUclips TV with the Organic Chemistry Tutor.
5:40 ish... you don't multiply the bond energy by 2 , you multiplied the electron affinity by 2.... you need to fix the voice over so people don't get confused..
God loves you and he wants to save everyone, but in order for him to do that, you need to repent and be baptized. Also share his gospel with everyone you come in to contact with and keep his commandments 🙏🏾😘
When he writes the Mg+2 +2F-=MgF2 I am confused about where the charges so because I am assuming that F2 comes from 2F, does the 2+ charge on Mg disappear.
Thanks for the video. Can you please help with solution of bond enthalpy of unsaturated compounds like hydrazine decomposing to ammonia and nitrogen gas.
I swear to goodness, my textbook makes up half the data needed for the calculations, like I really want to know how to do this but it’s so painful to see how my textbook just comes up w/ random values
What about for the electronegative atom with two electron affinities, such as oxygen? I am trying to solve a problem with two electron affinities, thank you
Hey in my coursebook's solution, the ∆Hatm of F2 is multiplied by 2 while you are not multiplying it by 2. So, are both solutions correct in their own ways or the solution in my coursebook is incorrect? Help needed ASAP
the first ionization energy os the energy required to remove the most loosley held electron from the outer shell of 1 mole of gaseous atom to form 1 mole of gaseous ion

your amazing like seriously your videos explain everything so much better then my chemistry book does thank you for these videos and don't stop
love u king thanks for helping us dumb college kids
This video made things very simple. I learn half of my chemistry topics by watching videos. I swear they are really effective.
Great video but I am a bit confused. I thought we are meant to divide the bond energy by 2 since we are using an atom of fluorine?
Muinat that’s what I thought too
You have to use the fluorine in its naturally occuring state and it occurs as a diatomic gaseous molecule ...so 2 fluorine atoms.
Why the fuck would anyone think of this? chemistry is the least intuitive thing in the world
I haven't come across this method of presenting this concept before but it makes so much sense this way, visually too!
Thanks!!
People of the internet, find out who this guy is because I KNOW that he has saved yalls lives too. He deserves more recognition.

you are amazing. thanks very much for the lectures
When he writes the Mg+2 +2F-=MgF2 I am confused about where the charges so because I am assuming that F2 comes from 2F, does the 2+ charge on Mg disappear.
It's because there is bond breaking in 2F which is di atomic
Only one of the F is used
The 2 in MgF2 is for magnesium, which is having 2+ charge
YOU SAVED ME FOR MY QUIZ !!! You make ap Chem so much better !!! ❤️

Thank you, once again. Please do more videos of these types of problems!!
Ohhh wow this is amazing ohh very simple I think I will follow you hence fourth. Guys you should come here if you have difficulties with chemistry
Sir, the lattice enthalpy of mgf2 is minus 2957, but I heard u say minus 2597...☝
That’s because he made a mistake when multiplying the electron affinity equation of F2 by the integer of two(2)….He had -656 instead of -757
My man! Get a girl pregnant!
Sir please make a video on full chemical bonding for IIT JEE
