Johnny Yong Bosch has had an incredibly accomplished career-from live action roles such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, video game roles like Nero in Devil May Cry 4 & 5, and voiceover work in anime such as Bleach, Akira, Trigun, and much more. He was even the frontman of Eyeshine, an edgrock band before they split in 2017.
Jack and Brad chat with Johnny about being mixed-race, diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry, depression struggles, and his favorite parts of Japanese culture.

That's tough how he had such trouble finding acting roles because of his appearance. I love that he's a direct cross between Euro/Asian. At least voice acting opened an avenue where he doesn't have to be limited by appearance. God bless!

No matter how many characters he voices I will always recognize him as Adam the black ranger. I followed him in power rangers and now I’m following him in his voice acting career!

This is one more reason why I hate Hollywood. Hollywood recycles actors/actresses instead of letting in all actors/actresses that are unknown and let them have the lime light. that's why I love Independent films. I've been sick of Johnny Depp, and many others..it's like, "we know you can act, but I'm sick of seeing you in every single movie".
