One climber dies, another rescued on Denali in Alaska

  • Bad weather delayed rescuers from reaching climbers who had been stranded near the summit of Denali in Alaska. One climber was able to be rescued but said the other had died two days earlier in a snow cave. KTUU’s John Thompson reports.

      Permit to climb is 430$ and climbers always should have perfect insurance.

    My Father John T Parker almost met the same fate. He fell down the glacier and had to be evacuated...

      SO WHAT when I was a kid gas was .34 cents a gal. Candy bars were a nickel, 5 for a quarter.
      You list has little that I buy.
      Eggs are free like my goat's milk.
      But snacks/chips? lol pass

      I read 1 trillion every 100 days is added to 35 Trillion National Debt.
      4 years 5 months more of Joe ( and Johnson) a Easy 52.5 Trillion rolling over on the USA Visa Card.
      So much for our kids and their kids
