GoKirtan is an absolutely unique musical project in its genre, where ancient mantras, classical Indian instruments and modern genres of electronic music are organically intertwined. At the heart of the name is the idea of joint action («Go») and chanting mantras (Kirtan), which can be called the practice of mantra meditation.
GoKirtan is the main resident of the label 108Records and its ideological avant- garde. GoKirtan and 108Records share one and the same idea: promotion of high cultural values through the sound. 108Records and GoKirtan offer you a modern interpretation of the most powerful spiritual practices, where sound is a universal language beyond time and space.
Imagine the sounds of music taking you far away, somewhere to the Indian islands, where with the rising rays of the sun, on the ocean shore, you take the most difficult asana, doing it at ease, as if you devoted your whole life to yoga and spiritual practices. And thanks to the ease of the mantra piercing you, you are carried away to the very beginning of creation, learning this world from a completely different side. Mantra delivers absolute harmony to mind and soul.
