    Prissy, thank you for sharing your very informative presentation regarding the PIC and Snow White inline figure skates! Now I am very blessed to have new PICs and Snow Whites! I like both of them! :-)

      You are welcome ! But if you plan to buy inline frame, I recommand you to go for GHskates or Roll Line Linea. Those are better than snow white and pic skates.

    I'm a figure Skater on ice and can't decide between these two brands. I hear pic skate is most similar to the ice but snow whites can spin faster and have sturdier jumps?? I don't speak French so I couldn't understand what you were saying in the video :/

      For dance
      I really recommend Pic Skates (3 wheels), the turns are easier, less demanding, require less force (more fluidity in twizzles for example). However, if you come from the quad, it will be easier for you to be on Snow White, because the frame is shorter and the "rockering" will not destabilize you.
      For the figure skating (jumps)
      Both frames are good. No particular difficulties on spins (it's just a choice of wheels). Indeed, the Snow White toe stop has the advantage (or disadvantage for novices) of being adjustable and requires some adjustment for spins, while the Pic Skates toe stop is directly placed at an ideal height. Here the quality of the wheels will be decisive and does not concern the frame.
      The Snow White frame, will be for a skater a little more experienced, because you have to learn to adjust the ideal length of its toe stop, while the Pic Skates do not need adjustments.
      With its shorter length, the Snow White provides a little more mobility, but can also easily destabilize. It will be better suited to a quad skater who is used to having the rear wheels placed under the heel. Beware of ice skaters on jumps, it will be necessary to readjust his technique !
      For jumps, the Snow White toe stop is advantageous at high level ( triple jump) and can be replaced by a quad toe stop (Roll Line or Komplex for example). In addition, the Pic Skates toe stop may seem a little less powerful and can only be replaced by a frame brand (but does not prevent the triples so far). Both types of toe stop are to be changed regularly.
      The wheels are interchangeable, no matter the frame. It is only necessary to respect the recommended diameter, but the hardness of the wheel is a matter of personal preference.

      @@Darthroseblood Thank you very much for the explanation. I'm going to buy pic to change myself from ice-skating to inline.

    Hi! I have a question about the sizes of frame and boot. Your Snow White its #13 (225 mm long) Whats the measure of sole from tip to tip of your Risport Boot?. That would help me a lot to choose my frames. Thank You!

    Est il possible de mètre ces platines sur patin a roulette quad ?

    • @Darthroseblood
      @Darthroseblood  4 года назад

      Je le déconseille fortement, car les appuis du "inline" ont besoin d'une bottine bien plus rigide que celles utilisées en quad artistique. Si par exemple en quad tu patines avec des Risport Ambra (rigidité 40), alors l'équivalent en inline seront les Risport RF3 (en 60) pour l'inline.

      @Darthroseblood  4 года назад

      @@jumellemul2502 non ! Oui et non. Tu auras des choses que tu pourras faire en quad et d'autres en inline. L'inline est vraiment similaire à la glace. Ca reste la même technique que sur glace.

    Donc tu recommande les snow white ? J'aimerais en acheter car je viens de la glace , je suis en club en roller mais quad je pense prendre des inline

    • @Darthroseblood
      @Darthroseblood  5 лет назад +2

      Pour débuter les snow white sont vraiment super oui ! Même si le rockering Pic Skate est mieux, tu finira par être gêné par le frein qui n'est pas réglable (sauf si c'est pour de la danse) ! Il existe aussi une nouvelle platine, encore plus pro et c'est ma préférée : la Roll Line Linea !
