For people asking why I made Chiaki as Monika and not Junko or Komaeda:-
- I wanted to avoid the cliche.
- Chiaki and Monika are both AIs who get deleted in the end.
- Junko and Komaeda didn't have the right sprites I was looking for in this video - even in terms of editing them as I did with Chiaki.
- I was trying to match the genders of the characters between series for this video, so I didn't want to use Komaeda.
Also:
- Ibuki is Sayori because they both like to hang.
- Saionji is Natsuki because they're both small cuties who can act bratty.
- Mikan is Yuki because it's the obvious choice.

Another way Chiaki fits as Monika is how in DR2, all of the students were revived except for Chiaki as she was just the NPC in the game. Just like how in the true ending of DDLC, all of the club members except for Monika are restored into the game

You didn't just- Ibuki fits with Sayori as she died from hanging.
HIyoko fits Natsuki as she's a Tsundere, and she dies with an injury in her throat.
And mikan as she's a "Yandere" just as Yuri.
And I suppose that Chiaki dies being deleted, as she's a computer program.

That'd be nightmare fuel, but only because it's such a bad comparison...
Nagito doesn't have any core similiarities with Monika. He isn't a yandere, he isn't selfish and he wouldn't ever kill his friends because he wants to be with someone. If anything, Nagito would give up his crush on Hajime just so his friends stay happy and hopeful.
He's like a perfect Sayori. Optimistic towards everyone else but himself, values friends over self, would actually call himself selfish for having a crush, and he's also such a sweetie when dementia doesn't fuck with him.
Actually, speaking realistically, if Nagito took the role of Monika, he'd probably accept his fate of being just a background character. He wouldn't hurt the other girls, or make them dislikeable.
