There's a secret to doing parry 720, you use the parry for input partition. Do forward on the joystick and go to down forward, forward, up forward, up,back,down,down forward, forward, up forward any punch. The forward from the parry and going to down forward tricks the cpu in thinking you did qcb add the other inputs and it tricks the cpu in thinking you did a 720 when you actually only do about 85 percent of the 720 input. You can do the same thing with empty jumps into his normal 360 gigas slam. By jumping up forward and following to forward, down forward, down, down back, back, to up back 360 will come out.
parry freezes on-screen sprites for 10 frames, meaning this dude did a 720 in 1/6th of a second but then again, as you say, the whole idea behind a '720' is not exact. that is, I don't think you need to hit all 9 joystick positions for a successful input, so there's probably a way to buffer it through the parry, but either way this boy is unstoppable.
