The will of the Father is to believe in grace freely offered to us in Christ Jesus for our salvation. Thanks so much Pastor Jesse for your excellent teaching. God bless.
Ill tell you. I was previously one of them who would have said "i did this and that in your name." But that overwhelmed me with anxiety because i realized i was not good enough. I could never do enough good to feel like god was happy with me. I think this is why jesus said we need to be humble. Because those who are not humble, actually believe they are good enough to please God.
Thanks, I am learning a lot from your channel. I thank the lord for my salvation that is secure in him forever, I place my faith in him I feel peace. Thank you, Jesus.

The Devils definitely working overtime to lead as many souls to Hell with his False Gospel/Bad News to get people to trust in their Works to get them to Heaven.
Wow, this was so helpful. I find myself continually struggling with this passage wondering if it means I'll lose my salvation. It is SO easy to fall into the trap of seeking our own righteousness by works, one I especially struggle with as I'm a bit of a "perfectionist" type of personality. I'm regularly running myself into a wall trying to be good enough; it's hard to get out of your own way! 😅 Thankfully, Jesus continues to patiently meet me there and lead me back to the truth.
I adhered deeply in Calvinism and it was really suffocating, I thank God for using people like you pastor Jesse to enlighten us,.. One person that I thank God for also using is the Channel Onorato Diamante.. those who are reading this comment, I also recommend that channel a lot.. thanks
Amen Jesse! Thank you so much. Can’t tell you how much your explanations help and they are so logical, unlike Calvinism. Jesus is the truth and truly great. Hard for us to comprehend his greatness, it’s beyond our understanding. What a saviour!

Pastor, may you and your family be blessed in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! This is the second clip I watch from your channel, extremely simple and true Word. Keep up the good work. Before, I was constantly afraid that I would lose my salvation because I sin every day - whether I look carnally, say something I shouldn't or just get angry or think something wrong. This paranoid fear cannot be of Heaven. Greetings from Bulgaria!
Beautifully done! I always camped on the "I never knew you", and you just blew me away with the part I skim over. The will of the Father is to "believe in the one whom HE sent" Jesus, yes!!!! Wow, overwhelmingly good!!!!!!
I believe that Luke explains this very well especially when those who are persecuting those who simply believes and places their faith Solely on Jesus Christ for their Salvation. Lets look at The Word of GOD says In Luke 18:9-14 New Living Translation Parable of the Pharisee and Tax Collector 9 Then Jesus told this story to some who had great confidence in their own righteousness and scorned everyone else: 10 “Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a despised tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer[a]: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not like other people-cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that tax collector! 12 I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’ 13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ 14 I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
" humbling ourselves" as a sinner needing a Savior Jesus Christ for Salvation and for forgiveness of our sins not in what we can do to save ourselves but to look to Jesus and believe on Him to be saved that is real repentance to come from unbelief to believing in Jesus Christ for Salvation and not proud and arrogant with prideful and self righteousness. Only Jesus Christ can Justify a sinner not ourselves or anyone else can.

I’m grieved and hurt i was just called a wolf so I started to read about false teachers .. and came to this video . I was called a wolf by someone who said God said I was wolf in sheep clothing . They were mad I told them they were being self righteous by condemning a teenager and not giving them the gospel and they even went on to say I thank God I’m not like that I thank God I wasn’t like that at my young years . Immediately the story of the Pharisee and tax collector came to mind and I in a very gentle way tried to point out their error . They than a day later said The Lord said I’m a wolf to her . I started to examine myself again to make sure I’m saved .
I’m sorry about that rough experience. That’s not really beneficial dialogue at all, especially since you’re seeking answers. You don’t have to examine yourself to see if you are saved. The only way to be saved is to believe that Jesus Christ died for all your sin, was buried and is risen again. He paid for all your sins. Do you believe it? You’re saved in that moment. Nothing can ever take away your eternal life from the moment you believed in Christ. See John 3:15-18, Eph. 1:12-14, and John 5:24. Examining is for a different purpose. I know I’m saved since I believed. See 1 John 5:10-13. - Trent
For 30 years I lived in anxiety and depression because I was carried away by different kinds of teachings like you can lose salvation, I now finally have peace believing Jesus Christ alone for salvation.( Those who hear the terrifying words from Jesus, I never knew you are one's who trusted in their own works and not the finished work of the cross, you cannot add anything to God's free gift of eternal life, obviously good works follow believing Jesus Christ alone for salvation. God bless you.
good works do not always follow…and if they don’t the person is still saved since they cannot lose eternal life. if eternal life could be lost it wouldn’t be eternal and Jesus would be a liar.
The bible says the workers of iniquity are those who boast in themselves. Psalm 94:4 KJV How long shall they utter and speak hard things? And all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16-17 (Jesus = the word made flesh)
A question I have during my cell group: disagreement on predestination. Jn 3:16 and 2 Pet 3:9 that God wants all to be saved hence there is no election . God loves the world and meaning everyone are called to salvation. God is not a monster to elect a few and chosen ones
Jesus took my sin with Him to the cross. He paid the penalty for me. "It is finished." My obedience to the law is out of love and thanks to Jesus for saving me. It is not perfect and adds NOTHING to my salvation.
Still Messiah rejected those who thought they were saved because they did not keep God's Law. The same Law that Messiah told us to keep in Matthew 5:17-19. The same Law He expounded on right after He told us to keep it. The same Law that so called believers were not keeping. This is all found in the Sermon on the Mount. There is no need to look up other verses to try to explain. Messiah was very clear and concise in what He said. He does not need anyone to clarify it for it is crystal clear until someone pollutes what He said, making it mean something else entirely.
@@danielnelson9411Daniel, you ALWAYS have to look up other verses to try to explain! That’s the name of the game when you study scripture! Concerning any particular subject in the Bible, it’s always best to get the whole council of God.

@fuvjvjchxhc7063 ya see that's not fully true and that's not grace. If God justifies a person then without fail, that person will produce fruit that bears witness to his/her salvation. Some have called it Lordship Salvation; and some in the church have demonized this category because of liberal theologians, same with calvinism. The contrary view is often called easy believism, which is very man-centered. The crux of the matter is that a follower of Christ WILL produce good works because they have been given a new nature. They will live in a manner that is pleasing to God, not to gain or keep salvation, but because they have Christ.
@jeffreypaulross9767 Yes, you have to put scripture together properly to get the true meaning. And, One's understanding of what Paul says must line up with what Messiah said. Messiah is the chief cornerstone. Paul is not. Paul is misunderstood by those who put him as the chief cornerstone by trying to make what Messiah said line up with Paul. What Paul said needs to be made to line up with what Messiah said.
I wrote a 20 paragraph message on Matthew 7:21-23 The will of the father is to be a Friend of God Here is what chat gpt says about Matthew 7:21-23 Matthew 7:21-23, in the New International Version (NIV), states: "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'" This passage is a part of Jesus' teachings in the Sermon on the Mount. It emphasizes that mere verbal acknowledgment of Jesus as Lord is not enough for salvation; rather, it's about living in accordance with God's will. The passage warns against relying solely on external religious activities or accomplishments without a genuine relationship with God. It stresses the importance of sincere faith and obedience.
To be fair to you, here is what chat gpt says about the free grace translation of Matthew 7:21-23 From a Free Grace perspective, interpreting Matthew 7:21-23 would likely focus on the idea that salvation is based solely on faith in Jesus Christ, and not on one's works or religious accomplishments. In this context, proponents of Free Grace theology might emphasize that what matters is the personal relationship with Christ and trusting in His finished work on the cross, rather than relying on deeds or achievements. They might argue that the passage is cautioning against a reliance on human efforts for salvation, highlighting the need for a genuine, faith-based connection with Jesus.
Confession is acknowledging or coming to an agreement with God about your sin. We confess our sin to God to renew fellowship with him. Jesus is our advocate. We should be honest and run to him every time we sin. This is not about salvation, but it is the daily relationship we have with God. 1 John 1:4-10 - Trent

I think it’s very normal. No doubt the Spirit of God is convicting, especially if you’re reading the word. He isn’t out to beat you over the head, but God still hates sin in the life of the believer. You will never be condemned to hell (assuming you’re a believer in Christ), but you can and will be out of fellowship with God if you keep sinning. This is the entire reason 1 John is written. Thank you for your explanation, Pastor. I have a question though...how were the people that Jesus said he never knew able to perform such godly signs if they never believed? Don't they need faith to do such mighty works?
Good question, and thank you. We must consider the demonic and Satanic power and presence. Think of Moses and the sorcerers under Pharoah. They attempted the copycat of the wonders Moses performed by God’s power. They came close, but ultimately God is more powerful. We could also consider the future of the Antichrist’s power through Satan. They will work all types of lying wonders. Ultimately the people in Matthew 7 never believed in Christ, but they trusted in their own works and experiences. - Trent
The correct context is all the things Jesus teaches on the sermon on the mount we have to do and do not follow the sinful way of the Pharisees. Things like don’t commit adultery and don’t have unrighteous anger against your brother. If you heal people in the name of Jesus and believe he died on the cross that doesn’t save you from judgment, if you still don’t believe in the word of Jesus, which tells you don’t commit adultery or be angry with your brother and sister. That is the context. I recommend everyone read the sermon on the mount and study it so that you do not fall in error.
I'm frightened because it looks to me like works salvation is the predominant view on Christendom. It is bad enough when my unbelieving friends and family turn me away and recoil when I try to share my faith, but it's another kind of pain when your supposed fellow believers scoff at you.
“Scoff” is the operative word here. Scoffing is from a prideful heart, and pride was the problem Jesus was addressing in these passages. “Lord Lord, didn’t we blah blah blah....those people Jesus referred to there in Matthew 7 were trying to come to God on the basis of their own righteousness, and that my friend is the essence of pride, to tout one’s own achievements as the ticket into the kingdom, and that flies in the face of what Paul said, when he said that salvation was “not of works, lest any man should boast.”
I've heard that once you do the will of thee Father, believe His son, God no longer sees your sins, you are clean because you trust that Jesus died for you. So by doing good works and not doing the will of the Father, you may have done those things, but God still sees your past sins because you basically didnt trust that Jesus died for them. I think I got that right.
It's important to note that Jesus is saying that he never knew these people. He's not saying that he used to know them but not anymore. And to say that I must come to church every Sunday and confess my mistakes so that their salvation can be maintained, that would have to mean that Jesus didn't pay the full price of our iniquities on the cross. In the passion translation in Ephesians chapter 2 verse 9, it says that salvation is never a reward for human striving. The passion translation derives from the original Aramaic language
Thank you for teaching the truth! I always freak out when I read the word may as it implies to me that it might or might not happen. Is there a way to clarify that?
The reason why it says depart from me, you workers of iniquity lawlessness is because there is the law and there is grace through faith. If they’re not in grace, they are in the law. And we know that no one can keep the law so they are a breaker of the law Thus workers of iniquity
The ones who work iniquity do not have a regenerated spirit because they have never believed. Therefore all they can do in God's eyes is work iniquity. They only have the body of the flesh. This group never believed. John 3:18 - Trent
My significant other who was in prison, sent me a very long message using Bible verses for which I feel he’s using against me. I emailed you guys a copy of it with my explanation. Hopefully you’re able to get to it and let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
I'd like to know your take on 1 Timothy 4:1, which says that, in latter times, some will depart from the faith. Personally, I consider that verse to be talking about a deliberate post-salvation rejection of Jesus. Your thoughts?
They were focused on what they did for salvation. We are saved by His grace and by having His Spirit in us. By His righteousness in us we become righteous also. This is why Paul teaches the unrighteous will not enter the kingdom. This is done by having a relationship with Jesus this is why He says to them I never knew you. And why Jesus says depart you who practice iniquity. Romans 1:16 I am not ashed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one who believes. You have to believe the truth That it is His power not ours but by His his power we are made righteous.
Very good teaching on "the will of the Father" from John 6. Also in John 6; Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. John 6:27-29
Very true, however I wonder how James 2 ties into this whole situation, regarding faith without works is dead. We are saved by faith alone, at judgement day the lord will declare to us whether or not our Faith produced good works
The thing that gets me, they accuse us of saying "you should lead a sinful life" and still be saved. Yet, nobody who has faith and believes in christ ever said "awww great! Im gonna go out and sin it up!" And have you noticed the accusers always go to the extremes? They say things like "so i can go out and rape and kill children and women and still be saved?" Its always something so extreme. Its a strawman to make us look like miscreants when reality is completely opposite. Its not that we want to sin. Its that nothing we do can save nor condemn us. Its not about our works. Its about christs works. Whats so hard to get? Only a child of the devil, an apostate or reprobate cant see it and would make that accusation. Their voice when they say things like that is like satan accusing God to eve. Or satan tampting and accusing jesus in the wilderness.
There are people in the Bible that were the worst of the worst sinners Paul was the chief sinner no one can be sinless as long as we are in the flesh we will struggle with sin the spirit fights the flesh
I heard someone ask this question and I'm curious. The person asked, What if a person accepted Christ as savior( salvation), and then they accept the Mark of the Beast. What happens since OSAS? I know someone can't lose salvation, but it's puzzling to me. Wouldn't that person be going to hell because it'd be too late? Thanks.
1:40 It’s more that, there’s a strong agrument that eternal Salvation and entering the Kingdom of God are two different things. Salvation is needed to see the Kingdom( conversion with Nicadimus) start your walk towards it. That’s what is talked about.
Man never loses his ability to accept or reject Jesus, God gave us free will to do that as moral creation until we die. Salvation is do you believe now, not did you believe in the past. I suggest you listen to dr Michael Brown on this, before you teach the false man made doctrine of once saved always saved.
It was a year but i hope sir you will accept my question to clear my doubt, that is yes i believe in Jesus alone to have eternal life for he is the only Way to our Heavenly Father:my question is, can a person go to heaven just by faith alone? In the epistle of James 2:14,22,24,26,it was written faith without works is dead. How can i understand this becousei dont want to be rejected by Jesus in judgement day as told in Matthew 7:23. I will be please to know from you sir. Thankyou.
I guess i can't understand why someone would do all the works unless they were a believer. I fill several roles at church with the goal of the furtherance of the kingdom. Everything for His glory. If i were not a believer i wouldn't.
People say that verse is about relying on works for salvation, but Jesus doesnt say “depart from me, you who rely on works for salvation” He says “you who practice lawlessness”. The works the departed crowd mentioned were good things to do, and they believed Jesus is Lord, but they also were practicing sin as well, which made them hypocrites, and the bible says that hypocrites wont inherit the kingdom of God. So I dont think the context of the verse is about relying on works but rather being double minded and serving two masters.
Works are works: Romans 11:6. No works apply to saving a man - Titus 3:5, Eph. 2:8-9, Romans 4:5 James is telling people who already have faith to work so they can profit others. They had faith, but they were living as hypocrites. Nonetheless, their salvation was set in stone the moment they believed in Christ. - Trent
Jas 2:22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? Jas 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Jas 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
A good study is looking into the "workers of iniquity" Just some examples. Psalms 94:4 KJV (4) How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves? Psalms 64:2 KJV (2) Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
Righteous deeds, change in lifestyle for good, obedience, keeping standards, following the law, being good, and trying to earn your salvation in some manner similar to those aforementioned. - Trent
If you say, Lord, Lord, after doing lawlessness is another, the correct work of those who say, Lord, Lord, is todo good works, not in cast out demons, it's hard having that, who will heal them, simple there are Spiritual gift.
It’s keeping the 10 Commandments if we don’t keep these 10 Commandments then we are lawbreakers. John. 14. [15] If ye love me, keep my commandments. [21] He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4. The Gospel in which we are SAVED. 15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Hello Sir. Blessing from the Lord Jesus Christ and Sweden. I have watched your video and I have a few comments. I recently preached this passage and I will explain how I see this. First of all I want to tell you that I used to be a OSAS believer for more than 8 Years. However church historically this is a kinda a new doctrine coming from John Calvin. So even if you opose calvinism in this video OSAS doctrince is a calvinistic doctrine. Neither Martin Luther nor the anabaptist believed in it. Now to the passage. The first misstake I think you do is to be stuck in the idea that the will of the Lord ONLY is to belive on him. It is his will, but is that always the case and what he means in the passage? I would say no because then you get alot of problems. In verse 24 of Matthew 7 he speaks about DO what you HEAR otherwise you build everything on sand. So his will in this context is to obey the teaching of Jesus. THat teaching is to love one another. If you look in the book of James its clear that faith without obience to this law is a dead faith. So this passage in Matt 7 21-23 is about those obeying the teaching of Christ and those disobeying. This is further prooven by the fact that Paul in 1 Cor 12:3 clearly stated that NO ONE can say Jesus is Lord unless by the spirit. So theese are people who once have recieved the Spirit. They have gifts of healings etc and used them. However they live wicked lives and does not obey him. Now to the statement in verse 23. "I never knew you" At first it seem to teach they were never christians at all, but then you get lots of contradictions with lots of scriptures in the new testament like 1 Cor 12:3 and some other passages. So the only way to understand this is , how does God see apostates to the faith? Well we can see this on several passages but just let me me quote one "“But if a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked person does, will they live? None of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered.". " - Ez 18:24. So here we see clearly that if a rightouess person apostate and leave his rightousness in God eyes he will not be remembered. Its like God never knew him at all.
Hello, can you please orient me where I stand with God. 20 yo or so, I was praying to God that he takes me away from here, had an out of body experience, got filled with the Holy Spirit, disentangled from sin( saw how it happens, those shackles like cobwebs torn). My spirit and my body were filled with the Holy Spirit. But then satan came, it was similar to Jesus’s temptation in the wilderness, and I didn’t get it right that day, I acted out of works, not faith. I thought if I didn’t do according to “works”, satan would have the legal ground to attack me. I didn’tTrust Christ to protect me from satan if I do according to faith. As a result, on the contrary, my body left the covering of the Holy Spirit and satan latched onto my physical mind and body. It took years for me to realise what happened that day, reading, talking priests, recent years watching RUclips videos , until I stumbled upon the doctrine of Salvation, doctrine of faith, which additionally let me know that I have been fighting my recovery if one is possible during all the years after the experience, I tried to bring Grace back by works and was refusing all opportunities to act according to faith. Russian Orthodox Church, where I am from, says that until I die I still have chance to get back to Christ. What does your teaching say? Is there a chance to still recover by walking be faith( just like that day of the “ wilderness test”. I thought I must become clean first and then I would “have the right” to walk by faith, I positively viewed walking by faith as sin cuz it obviously was contrary to the outside rules). Was my experience- the Salvation? Or did I forfeit it, given the opportunity to put my trust in Christ I didn’t put it?(by not resisting satan after submitting to God) Was just my spirit saved and I let satan to repossess my body and my body, that physical person is not saved? Or did I flunk salvation altogether? Is the cure still possible if I return to walking by faith?
We believe the scripture says this: All you have to do to KNOW you WILL go to heaven whenever you die is BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as your Savior. Do you believe that He died on the cross, was buried and resurrected to pay your sin debt? The only thing separating you from Holy God is sin, but Jesus paid your penalty. All He asks you to do is believe it. Do you? If yes, you’re saved. You’re saved from that very moment. If never before, will you believe in Jesus Christ for the payment of your sin? John 6:47 “he that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” John 5:24 “he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life.” Acts 16:31 “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.” It’s a free gift. Will you believe in Christ? - Trent
I believe in Christ. I believe he saved me. But that I didn’t resist satan right after born again experience. ( I got confused, having a notion that any resistance was sinful. ) And my physical body got stuffed with those thorns and thistles. I feel sin matter present in my body and have bouts of anxiety that “ But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned”. Often thinking that I may face “but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire”. I want those thorns and thistles I acquired acting against faith be burned again, like it happened during Born Again experience. And I don’t know if it is still possible. I don’t know if it sounds arrogant but I still want the full package, my earthly body redeemed and cleaned, Even though I backslid. I hear some denominations call it rewards ( saved earthly stuff: sanctified body, recovered relationships with people). If losing this( rewards) is not loss of salvation, it definitely feels that way at times, actually often times . Thank you.
Yes, after you believe, you remain saved. Nevertheless, you can miss out on rewards as you illustrated. Salvation cannot be lost because our sin no longer condemns us. - Trent
1 John 2: 3 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. 4 Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. This is in context with the sermon on the mount. In context it says watch out for false teachers like the one in this video. They try to take the warning from Jesus that gives people life and make it to have no effect.

You do know that people that think that way they do not understand scripture you jess you understand the scripture very clear. It’s clear to me that these are people that did not do the will of the father found in John chapter 6 verse 40.
Going to church and works doesn't necessarily mean genuine relationship with Christ. I believe these people who are told to depart are those who never came into genuine oneness with God
The just shall live by faith. Hebrews 10:38-39. Many Christians confess say they believe in the gospel of Christ. But live by doubt and unbelief. live a sinful lifestyle in the world. They don't repent, confess, seek deliverance from sin. Because they don't think they're doing anything wrong. Osas right!!. Wrong!. The will of the father is to, Live by faith. Not talk by faith.
The ones who said Lord, Lord heard the word of God, but did not act accordingly. Read the context, and the explaining parable of the man who built on sand, and the one who built on the solid ground.
I have trusted Jesus Christ alone as my savior. As my only hope of going too heaven Christ died for my sins and i have believe it. I have eternal life that Can never be lost im justified by Jesus Christ grace alone. His blood was the payment for all my sins forgiveness. He saved me before i was ever born into this world. Is like im dying on the cross with Christ buried with Christ and rose again too eternal life with Christ. All he wanted me too do is too believe he did it for me. And i have believe him

I believe that Luke explains this very well especially when those who are persecuting those who simply believes and places their faith Solely on Jesus Christ for their Salvation.
Lets look at The Word of GOD says In
Luke 18:9-14
New Living Translation
Parable of the Pharisee and Tax Collector
9 Then Jesus told this story to some who had great confidence in their own righteousness and scorned everyone else: 10 “Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a despised tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer[a]: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not like other people-cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that tax collector! 12 I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’
13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed.
Those who doesn't believe Solely on Jesus Christ for Salvation is condemned already.
Right on. Thank you!

"Lord, I defended you in the comments section on RUclips".😅
That's a real bummer.

Gaslighting
Thank God for this channel. There’s so much noise on RUclips that isn’t biblical!😫😫
You gained a new subscriber. Keep preaching the Gospel brother.
The bible says the workers of iniquity are those who boast in themselves.
Psalm 94:4 KJV
How long shall they utter and speak hard things? And all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
Wow !!!! Never heard that one
Amen Brother. John 3:16. Jesus said it, we believe it, and that settles it. John 6:47. God cannot lie. The simplicity of the gospel. Acts 16:31.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16-17 (Jesus = the word made flesh)
Thank you.
A question I have during my cell group: disagreement on predestination.
Jn 3:16 and 2 Pet 3:9 that God wants all to be saved hence there is no election . God loves the world and meaning everyone are called to salvation. God is not a monster to elect a few and chosen ones
God elects man to service, not to salvation.

“Lord, I defended you in the comment section on RUclips” lolz!
@@danielnelson9411Yes, if you love Jesus you'll keep his COMMANDMENTS, if you keep his COMMANDMENTS, then that will automatically lead to you believing in him. Have to live a life that is acceptable to God to inherit the kingdom of Heaven. Doesn't see any other way
@fuvjvjchxhc7063 ya see that's not fully true and that's not grace.
@jeffreypaulross9767
Yes, you have to put scripture together properly to get the true meaning.
I wrote a 20 paragraph message on Matthew 7:21-23
The will of the father is to be a Friend of God
Here is what chat gpt says about Matthew 7:21-23
Matthew 7:21-23, in the New International Version (NIV), states:
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'"
This passage is a part of Jesus' teachings in the Sermon on the Mount.
To be fair to you, here is what chat gpt says about the free grace translation of Matthew 7:21-23
From a Free Grace perspective, interpreting Matthew 7:21-23 would likely focus on the idea that salvation is based solely on faith in Jesus Christ, and not on one's works or religious accomplishments.
That is pure lordship salvation. a false gospel mixing works with grace. LS…the greatest deception ever.

Confession is acknowledging or coming to an agreement with God about your sin. We confess our sin to God to renew fellowship with him. Jesus is our advocate.

I just Subscribed ❤
Right. You have to believe in Jesus Christ alone to be saved. It cannot be faith plus works.
- Trent
And we know that no one can keep the law so they are a breaker of the law
Thus workers of iniquity
The ones who work iniquity do not have a regenerated spirit because they have never believed. Therefore all they can do in God's eyes is work iniquity. They only have the body of the flesh. This group never believed.

I'd like to know your take on 1 Timothy 4:1, which says that, in latter times, some will depart from the faith.
Personally, I consider that verse to be talking about a deliberate post-salvation rejection of Jesus. Your thoughts?
Wow this is soooooooo Awesome
They were focused on what they did for salvation. We are saved by His grace and by having His Spirit in us. By His righteousness in us we become righteous also. This is why Paul teaches the unrighteous will not enter the kingdom. This is done by having a relationship with Jesus this is why He says to them I never knew you. And why Jesus says depart you who practice iniquity.
Romans 1:16 I am not ashed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one who believes. You have to believe the truth That it is His power not ours but by His his power we are made righteous.
Very good teaching on "the will of the Father" from John 6. Also in John 6;
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.
Thanks for the video. The Bible says go into the world and preach the gospel. Isnt this the will for us? To be disciplines for christ?
The thing that gets me, they accuse us of saying "you should lead a sinful life" and still be saved. Yet, nobody who has faith and believes in christ ever said "awww great! Im gonna go out and sin it up!"
And have you noticed the accusers always go to the extremes? They say things like "so i can go out and rape and kill children and women and still be saved?" Its always something so extreme. Its a strawman to make us look like miscreants when reality is completely opposite. Its not that we want to sin. Its that nothing we do can save nor condemn us. Its not about our works. Its about christs works. Whats so hard to get? Only a child of the devil, an apostate or reprobate cant see it and would make that accusation. Their voice when they say things like that is like satan accusing God to eve. Or satan tampting and accusing jesus in the wilderness.
King David was an adulterer, coveter, and murderer. I don't think he is burning in Hell.
Thanks.
We see an excellent context clue starting in Matt 7 and verse 15
1:40 It’s more that, there’s a strong agrument that eternal Salvation and entering the Kingdom of God are two different things. Salvation is needed to see the Kingdom( conversion with Nicadimus) start your walk towards it.
That’s what is talked about.
3:02 yes 6:46 and yes!! Both are correct. ✅
Man never loses his ability to accept or reject Jesus, God gave us free will to do that as moral creation until we die.
Salvation is do you believe now, not did you believe in the past.
I suggest you listen to dr Michael Brown on this, before you teach the false man made doctrine of once saved always saved.
How is this verse aimed at people who tout their works when the ones who fail to do the will of the Heavenly Father are chastised.
Thankyou.
watch bibleline video on James 2 or Onorato Diamante's video on James 2. It is a commonly misinterpreted scripture.
What if we do good works because we Love God but already know we're saved through faith
I guess i can't understand why someone would do all the works unless they were a believer. I fill several roles at church with the goal of the furtherance of the kingdom. Everything for His glory. If i were not a believer i wouldn't.
Question… If they were not Christians, how were they actually able to cast out demons and do wonders in his name?
Where can I get a Scofield Bible? (Not sure on the spelling)

You need to read the last part of that verse. He’s condemning those who do not obey the Law of God (Torah).
@jessetchemendy4201 But why did Jesus say "you who practice lawlessness"? Good works arent a sin to do.
In james we learn that there is works involved in faith... but it distinguishes between a work of the law and a work of faith
Works are works: Romans 11:6.
No works apply to saving a man - Titus 3:5, Eph. 2:8-9, Romans 4:5
James is telling people who already have faith to work so they can profit others. They had faith, but they were living as hypocrites.
Nonetheless, their salvation was set in stone the moment they believed in Christ.

(4) How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
Psalms 64:2 KJV
(2) Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
DEFINE "GOOD WORKS"
Righteous deeds, change in lifestyle for good, obedience, keeping standards, following the law, being good, and trying to earn your salvation in some manner similar to those aforementioned.

Matt 7:21-23 continues with a “therefore”. Consequently, you should study the following parable in context with the preceding and wise up. 😮
Do you keep all the commandments?...
Once saved always saved...
1 Corinthians 15:1-4. The Gospel in which we are SAVED. 15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
This is further prooven
by the fact that Paul in 1 Cor 12:3 clearly stated that NO ONE can say Jesus is Lord unless by the spirit.
Or did I forfeit it, given the opportunity to put my trust in Christ I didn’t put it?(by not resisting satan after submitting to God)
Was just my spirit saved and I let satan to repossess my body and my body, that physical person is not saved? Or did I flunk salvation altogether? Is the cure still possible if I return to walking by faith?
We believe the scripture says this:
All you have to do to KNOW you WILL go to heaven whenever you die is BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as your Savior.
John 6:47 “he that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”
John 5:24 “he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life.”
Acts 16:31 “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”
It’s a free gift. Will you believe in Christ?

I believe in Christ. I believe he saved me. But that I didn’t resist satan right after born again experience. ( I got confused, having a notion that any resistance was sinful. )
And my physical body got stuffed with those thorns and thistles.

Amen pastor thank you sir God bless you 🙏
1 John 2: 3 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. 4 Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. This is in context with the sermon on the mount. In context it says watch out for false teachers like the one in this video. They try to take the warning from Jesus that gives people life and make it to have no effect.
I agree with you brother, it this guy on you tube calls himself Pastor will creation church, telling these people they never sin if they are a Christian. hes on you tube as well teaching sinless perfection
The anti free gracers have it bass awkward!!!
You do know that people that think that way they do not understand scripture you jess you understand the scripture very clear. It’s clear to me that these are people that did not do the will of the father found in John chapter 6 verse 40.
Just curious why anyone would spend their time doing those good works if they had not called upon the Lord for salvation. It doesn’t make sense to me.
Matt 7:21-23 condemns boasters who think good works save. It’s clear!
