Homemade Sweetcorn Relish with Paprika Chicken Burger

Homemade Relish , it's so fresh and tasty.
This has a kick of Sweet Chilli .
It pairs really well with a Chicken Burger .
So what better than a simple homemade Paprika coated Burger ?
The Burger I simply pan fried and finished in butter
Butter both sides of the roll and 'toast' in a frying pan
Spread the bottom of the roll with a little KEWPIE mayonnaise to hold the lettuce and add a smooth creaminess
