AP is mostly only useful against light targets like destroyers or really light cruisers. Even against cruisers like Cleveland or Shimanto, the AP struggles above 8km. The only reason it did quite well the last game was due to the Red Rising camo which buffed the AP penetration. Honestly I would recommend sticking to HE against cruisers.
Well played. I like bayard but almost use he because i like to put ships on fire. Maybe i should use ap more.

I use that to reduce text space but I can start referring to the ship's name if it makes it less confusing.
