As a tech myself I'm dying inside looking at the state of your old gears and shiming, de excessive wear on your pinion and bevel gear is because of bad shiming.
As a tech I can tell you my gears looked very good for the many thousands of rounds they had thru them, and still holding strong 💪

Most likely, stock pinion gears a cheaply made for sure. However, i will say for that many rounds and abuse.....Im impressed
