Imagine being as big of a prick as Hani was during that final turn and after winning -- jumping up, screaming like a child about being the goat and "remember me", never shaking hands with Pak or any of the other players. Zero respect for him as a person or player.

yeah, I think Konami's ruling management of sportmanship is debatable, I think being a respectable player is shutting the f*ck up until you win, not saying what he said on stream... yeah shit talking is common with friends in locals, but I think streaming a final, you need to show you a 'grown up' and can control your mouth and respect your opp until the very end. I'd never give my money to this guy for coaching, regardless of the events he tops/wins.

I already didn't fk with this dude because of his association with Leblanc, but everything from this weekend's Finals match really just confirmed it. Decklist errors only result in disqualification if you can't play a legal deck. He didn't have the cards, they were removed from his list, his deck was still legal. He's allowed to play. You can dislike him for other reasons all you want but this one is fucking stupid.

"Fucking stupid" is spending any amount of time qualifying a statement that was already qualified, and fucking stupider is doing so in service of defending a dude who plays alongside an abuser and who is, himself, a huge asshole in competition. Also note: the core point of the comment is me being aghast at the fact this dude ha the gall to whine about being at a disadvantage in a Tier 0 format in which the expensive inaccessibility of the top decks yet again gets conflated with "skill" against someone whose team had a game loss because of swearing (while, then, going on to swear multiple times himself lol). Not taking away from the accomplishments the players have but what a way to screw a team out of a 2- day event with the game loss for swearing, also what sportsmanlike conduct did Hani show just talking shit to pak, like the banter we say on stream was disgusting, imagine coming from 3 back to back feature matches because the other competitors are afraid to come on, now this spotlight is on you, also Billy referred to Honzo as a Amazing-ass player, no trying to point this out but if we punish players we should punish him to

For those counting less than 40 cards, Hani borrowed 3 bonfires and forgot to mention them in the video. Hani is a good guy and friend of the channel. I understand that coaching services isn't for everyone. You can study RUclips videos, go to locals, or play some online ygo. However if you want some coaching and to be better at the game on a competitive level, check out learntcg.com :)

I'm not going to say that your defending Hani here. However, Hani's win and behavior during and after that win paint a very bad picture for Konami in terms of rule enforcement.
I found it rather convenient that his opponent was given a game loss for his foul language yet when Hani went off with his cursing nothing was done. IMO that should've been a DQ on the spot and the remaining outburst where he said that "I'm on God" (or something similar) could potentially stray into religious intimidation if the opp were religious and might have felt that Hani was mocking his or her beliefs

@TEAMBORTLE I listened very carefully to what Hani said during the match. Maybe I'm too used to the toxicity I see on Dueling Book. Yeah, he was confident/cocky, but it didn't seem all that bad... until the end.
He could've at least shook hands after the team win. Even Chris LeBlanc shook hands with the opponents.
