I could listen to Jay all day, met him at a airport and he was the bee’s knees. Class act all the way!!! At that point he gained a lifelong fan and supporter
Jay seems like the coolest guy to be around, humble and kind. My favorite Bodybuilder by far!! Just started my day on a positive and inspiring note, thanks Jay for all you’ve done!
This kind of videos is amazing.Shooting outdoors while Jay shares his personal stories from his early days.I listen on my way to work but that's half the video if you don't get to see the vegas suburbs scenery,so i rewatch them on my laptop haha. Also I'd never have thought Jay would own an FC rx-7 and being knowledgeable about their rotary egnines and all, always pictured him more of a domestic and not a JDM guy.Keep these videos coming,Jay's popularity is increasing with each passing day.
I'm from "Wosta" , I remember Jay when he started working out at Gold's. Big kid with thick legs in his hammer pants .haha I'm 10 years older than you and we know his could make it some day if he sticks with it. It was so exciting to watch his career over the years!! made us all proud brother.. Oh he's not kiddin we were all tanned .. there where tanning booths at Gold's. It was part of our routine. Keep it up !!
Man this episode of Jay walking took me back. Lol like the break dancing and people having their cardboard. Love ol Jay walking. I'm bout the same age and he makes me remember the old days.
Jay cutler is the greatest body builder, just go back an look at the before an after pic of all the bodybuilders an there condition an there appearance
Marty McFly...The Ex Presidents and Johnny Utah...the Mazda RX-7...definitely bringing back a lot of memories...my first gym was Worlds Gym in Modesto CA. I remember all the neon blues and pinks back then. Your Jaywalking series is awesome Champ! Thanks for all you do bro.
Stallone at one time around Rambo 2 or 3 was friggin strong and had a very classic and some degree of muscle mass he could strict curl the 80lbs. dumbbells for ten reps each arm reportedly pound for pound Stallone today this day is very strong does insane pilates workouts and isometric bodyweight exercises other than his cigar habit I understand from a friend who is a studio head in Hollywood Stallone has to know the ingredients in everything he eats seriously it's like a good pet peave of his he doesn't want to consume anything unhealthy other than his love for arturo fuente high end domenican imported cigars and an occasional glass of expensive champagne-- nobody's perfect lol.
Jay you look great, can you guys do a video with a run down of your typical day of eating now? We all know Jay's breakfast usually eggs, ezekial, oatmeal,Ezekiel,, whites etc. But how about the other 3 or 4 meals? Thanks fellas
Jay, dude this is crazy, I owned a dark blue '79 RX7 in 1990!! It was a beast, and that rotary engine had crazy revs. My dad and I worked on it together, and I put a woofer box in the back that shook the whole intersection when I would pull up to a stop light ha! This is a story that I'm too familiar with lol
J, ur convos are the best. And I laughed ....cause I didnt know what day it was... I got u auto on ur channel. Funny stuff. Dave I laugh soooo hard, cause when J talks ur just like listening and filming and trying to focus...loooool, lu ya's brother! J hit me up, Dave remind him. Matty from Mass. 🤜🏻🤛🏻💯💪🏼
Epic video as always Jay and Dave 👍 Just what's needed during lockdown. Awesome motivation and great to see you're both doing good and staying safe. Respect you you both guys 💪😎👍
The ingredients in Cognition are pretty impressive. Obviously there will be hardcore stim junkies who will disagree, but for the majority, this is awesome! It would be good to see cognition as a mixable flavoured powder similar to a pre workout. I know a lot of people like myself would switch out their morning coffee for another liquid alternative... Especially one with all the benefits of this supplement 👍
Loved the old mass days ! 91 I was driving Buick Skylark annd think jimmy decotas who owned nautilus plus I’m Danvers revere n Billerica was god!! Which was my first gym at 18 I joined before heading to college on south shore. Lol. Great stuff. 90 deg there. Yeah won’t be seeing that till July here hopefully. Thanks Dave! And thanks jay💪🙏 Brian from Boston
I know many young BBs who bought a jeep at some point...almost a right of passage. we all waved when we saw each other. it was a fellowship...guys and girls.
I'll never forget the first time I saw Rocky 4, in particular, and when Stallone took off his robe right before the Drago fight, I thought he looked so jacked ha .. and great call with Heather Locklear, btw. 👍 🔥 Also, who remembers the Eddie Murphy movie, The Golden Child? 😄
Those are some really nice homes.. you can tell it's a really affluent neighbourhood.. the weird part is that they all look the same.. I mean they all have different layouts but they're all exactly the same colour and style.. if you've got money, why would you want your house to look exactly the same as everyone else's
Jay looks so fantastic now. Not just compared to other retired body builders either. Healthy and completely mobile. Prime example that if you take care of yourself and don't go totally nutz on anabolics (knowing when to retire is huge) and continue to take care of your hormones, diet and training the results are much better. Look at poor RC. He is so messed up. He lifted way too much, too often and lifted when he was injured.
Hey Dave! ..Jay you guys are to cool on youtube for that common bell sound. You need that quality sound of sliding and racking up the barbell plate on barbell bench or squat rack as a sound effect. Like on your movie one step closer guys
Jay love the Vlog and super miss seeing you on the stage your combination of size, symmetry, vascularity, stage presence and aesthetics is sadly missed today you and Ronnie had such a great rivalry going I always looked forward to the O that on B/W shot of you hands on hips flexing your quad is the official 'iconic' bodybuilding photo of all time. I saw my first Pro show in 1984 in Toronto at the International Centre. Arnie was there as the MC for NBC sports they broadcast it on live television. There were two components to the contest one for open class woman and the second for mixed pairs. Tony Pearson and Carla Dunlop won the mixed pairs and Dunlop won the women's show. Other notable woman in the line-up included Mary Roberts and Kay Baxter on the mixed pais side I also remember Bob Birdsong ~
Jay, you are "Looking Lean and Clean." Added 35 lbs since 1/1/2019 following you, no idea since covid hit and my gym closed. Great video, awesome commercial before, best yet. Be safe.
Mazda would be a fine set of wheels at the time. I always dreamed about having a motorcycle to at from 12-21yrs. A decent one anyway. I know what you mean about looking at guys older guys thinking they were massive and a lot of its was just definition. The lottery in the england when it came out had 49numbers I wish it had only 10. I started selling sweets at 12 and washig cars for cash made a cart for the wash and wax and polishes with a friend along with a dog walking buiness. Used to walk few yorkshire terries one like yours two as well.
Hey Jay and Dave, great video. Jay, I grew up in Shrewsbury, MA and in 1991 I was 21 years old. I remember going to visit Gold's Gym in Millbrook Street in Worcester, MA and thinking, WOW, I want to work out here. :) So I knew how you felt when you described that scene at the gym. I don't remember the neon lights, but I remember seeing big guys there thinking I want to be big like that some day. Although it never happened, because back then I didn't know what I was doing, we didn't really have the Internet back then, like we do now. ;) If you know what I mean? I love it when you talk about the hometown in your videos, you should do that more often. I'm sure you have a lot of Massachusetts fans on your site. :) Anywho, just wanted to drop by and say hi, keep up the good work! Hopefully the gyms open back up soon, I miss mine. - Mike
I remember when the bodybuilders wore the boat neck sweat shirt with the string tank top. I think I was in 6th grade. I HAD to have the boat neck and tank top. Lol I think I tried making my own. I’ve loved bodybuilding since. I’m no bodybuilder now but I’m in the gym 4-6 days a week and training just to see where I can get. Thanks for your supps. I love the pre-workout stack.
I remember the first time I met Jay it was at a vitamin storage and opening I think it was 2007 in the summertime I was like around 240lbs at most and Jay was about 285lbs but he looked like he was about 350lbs and lean not bloated at all I mean he was scary big I had never seen anyone that big and muscular in person like that before I'm so glad Jay is an easy going person easy to talk to bed still great for the sport even though he's not competing any more I have all his videos and learned a lot from him over the years. Thank you jay! You are awesome!!
Three grand for a car rings a bell. A few months ago I saw a 2004 Mercedes ML320 for sale and paid $3k for it. It's a second car with some space but heck for $3k it's awesome. Just to tie it together I'll play "3000" for the pick 4 tomorrow here in MD. Love these videos.
Jay always ahead of his time, gold rims on a black car is absolutely the thing still today big actually. Mine was Cindy Crawford bro I absolutely loved her it was her and flex wheeler and Paul dillet and the gang on my walls 1993,4and 5
my Dad would eat a piece of fruit for lunch at work at General Motors and Mom would cook a family dinner for Mom, My Dad, my brother and me. We would eat fast food sometimes, Ponderosa steakhouse and buffet sometimes we would go there after my piano lessons I starved myself to prep for wrestling and a bodybuilding show the promoter cancelled lol what else can I add used to do 135x10 on bench followed by maybe another set of 135 x10 or 15 then four sets of four reps with over 315 could squat 315 to parallel for 10 reps could deadlift 405 for two one time hit 500 for a single on deadlift I must have been feeling it that day I started from the lowest slot on the power rack the bar was about an inch off the ground start position what counts is from below the knees to above the knees or just trying to lift as heavy as possible off the slightly below waist position my core strength is incredible I did over 755lbs. at 264lbs. bodyweight that way.
Right on Jay, keep the videos coming enjoy all your videos, interesting sharing your personal and experiences, and all the bodybuilders in the world you've always been my biggest inspiration, God bless, be well be safe, Peaceout, Birdman /Snake Man, Allan,
I could listen to Jay all day, met him at a airport and he was the bee’s knees. Class act all the way!!! At that point he gained a lifelong fan and supporter

Jay you have a good Heart. You never forget where you come from. You, Arnold and Lee Haney made life best after Mr. Olympia.
Much respect for owing an RX-7 and manual. Nothing like those rotary motors and with the HRE’s even better you have good taste.
Love your ads Jay funny as and even here in Australia the rotary rx7 was the bomb in the nineties
Great stories, loved the story about you playing lotto
Loved hearing the old car stories etc. Kerp up the good work!! 👍🇬🇧
Those Intros are so Original/Cute & Raw.

Loved the early 90’s style Rx7. My two favorite engines growing up were the rotary and the boxer engines in subies
This was a particularly good video. Fun hearing about the old days and just normal talk instead of always bodybuilding.
Jay is the best bb of all time baby! Love you man.
