Not only is this one of the “cleanest” tornadoes I’ve ever seen but it also has the most intense curl I think I’ve ever seen. Just wow! Incredible footage, thank you Reed & team.
It look like between EF3 - EF4 ish. I'm no expert. Can anyone verify based on experience? And this tornado can be a vital footage for US meteorology experts because there are no underground shelters in China and the footage shown how the tornado affect part of the city when hit.
From the damage I've seen on Chinese social media, I can say it was probably at least EF-3. Quite a few destroyed brick buildings, though it is debatable whether they were well built or not.
@@DisasterHub1 Apart from the brick buildings, there are some apartment type buildings been hit. Although the video didn't shown the aftermath of that apartments, but it seem like not lethal as not so much debris swept from the apartments.
hell no brother, EF5 damage ist a different beast and EF5s outside the united states are ABSURDLY rare (so far). EF5 means well built homes are swept clean off the ground, roads are torn off. massive ground scouring. your only way to survive a direct hit is basically inside a cellar or bunker. this video here? probably an EF3.
I hope everyone recovers swiftly ❤️ My heart goes out to you.

It was Eric Wang who shared these videos on Chinese social media to X
The way it sucked that tin building in was intense. Kind of looked like a tin can being crushed.
I know we must be aware on every natural disaster but sometimes it shows satisfying/breathtakin to me rather than fear.
China may not have as many tornadoes as the US, but they do have some intense ones. 🕊️
That Tornado looks scary that it hits, China and even some power outages ran out too.

It is ef5?
No, somewhere between EF-3/EF-4 intensity I think.
@formerthesaltyscanner I didn't see that, the only apartments I saw that were damaged only had windows blown in and some other minor-ish damage.

Nice material, some filming while tornado goes quite near
What would happen if the tornado went straight to where everyone was standing?
there was a storm in Moscow and St. Petersburg, make a video about it?
+A magnitude 5.3 (5.5?) earthquake occurred near Panama and Costa Rica
please do
Some of the early clips worried me that the people were going to get sucked out.
At 4:00, it sounds like the chipmunks.

Looks like their 6 year old children build their buildings too…
