I work in this field as well and it should be incredibly easy to prove when/where Cp was on that day.. Not only do you have to badge in/out… Cp has to do a safety meeting EVERY morning… EVERY morning… you can NOT. work without the safety meeting and usually a toolbox meeting as well…. I think the 2 flash lights were 2 people carrying Sebastian out of the house, then 1 person came back to the house. That's why Sebastian wasn't wearing shoes imo
He will be okay. They can try and sue him for stalking but they won't win. And ill tell you why. Silvers hasn't threatened the proudfoots, hasn't gone on their property, hasn't called them or sent them letters or emails etc. There's no threat. Silvers is doing what all citizens can do when there's an investigation going on, and that's investigate. Silvers is doing this to find sebastian, he's not doing this for a conviction. He gave his opinions, but his actions scream, "I care for sebastian only" so if they go to court, the judge will see that there's no threats coming from Silvers, he's looking for sebastain, and he has permission from the people he questioned to question them, and that the reason for bringing silvers to court is because the proudfoots are scared that Silvers might find evidence of them being invloved, when the main goal is finding sebastian. So judge will throw the stalking and harrassment out. Silvers is smart. He must have looked up the stalking laws in TN, and is abiding by those laws.
He probably was hoping to get a call back within the next hour or so saying he’s been found he’s ok. When you work out of town you don’t just jump in your car and race home, especially when you are in a high paying highly skilled job with a scheduled to meet. He stayed until he just couldn’t concentrate because he was too worried. And needed to get back home. Working out of town on a big construction site is very different from your usual 8-5 In Your own town. My husband has men get calls sometimes and it’s situations at home that need attention. And it’s usually mid day or afternoon before they leave. Things need to be in order. Paperwork, someone to cover for you. And depending on the circumstances they might need to check out of hotels or get an Rv ready to pull home. He went through a lot that day I’m sure. But he probably never expected to bullied , harassed or threatened or stalked. This has gone too far. Just let the FBI solve the case. Believe me they lots more than the general public.

IMO...CP said he was at work at 5:15 am because he knew the "flashlight video" would eventually be discovered and come out..The time on that video says, I believe, 3:11 am, or real close to it..out of his own mouth...It's a 3 hour and 37 minute drive, driveway to driveway..So, in his mind, if he said he was at work at 5:15 am, there wasn't enough time between the time on the video, and time he got to work (2 hours and few minutes) for him to have been HOME, and make it back to work in time..
He worked 4.5 hours, and never told his coworkers that Katie called him at 6:30 a.m. to alert him that Sebastian was missing. Why wasn't this known sooner?

Is that the only one you can think of? I have a few other options. Not all people share personal information or divulge in great detail of personal events to those at work. People with military backgrounds can be known to give general/basic information and not give much away when speaking on personal events or scenarios. Hold things close. Maybe he was waiting to glean more input on the situation before telling others. Some continue to work to not think of traumatic events at hand. Shock. Denial etc. Are you thinking on how you would be and how or what you would tell a boss or colleague in such a scenario? Unsure how open I'd be. Given how vague I am in divulging personal events, I usually just give a broad statement- I have to go there's a situation at home/with family/with xyz. People share information in many ways and varied depths to colleagues/bosses/employers.

People with military backgrounds can be known to give general/basic information and not give much away when speaking on personal events or scenarios. Hold things close.
Maybe he was waiting to glean more input on the situation before telling others.
Some continue to work to not think of traumatic events at hand. Shock. Denial etc.
Are you thinking on how you would be and how or what you would tell a boss or colleague in such a scenario?
Unsure how open I'd be. Given how vague I am in divulging personal events, I usually just give a broad statement- I have to go there's a situation at home/with family/with xyz.
People share information in many ways and varied depths to colleagues/bosses/employers.
