I am Haitian , I will never go back to Haiti
So please don’t go to Haiti unless you don’t care about your family
Until the American kick you out of their home…I really like hearing when people says they will never go back. It’s your country why not hoping for a better Haiti so you can go home.
Some people think we're all family, sort of.
Why on earth would anyone go there?
A few months ago Rep. Cory Mills, R-Florida, sent a helicopter and rescue crew into Haiti to help evacuate and pick up a group of Americans. How long had this couple been in Haiti?
The girl looks like she is 15 years old.
Very sad her father did not give her advice about the dangers in Haiti right now.
They were 21 and 23 you pervert.
Missionaries run the direction of danger to share the love of God, and because of this there a whole areas of the world that are less dangerous now.
That's how evangelicals roll.

Lived and worked in Haiti years ago when Baby Doc was in power.. complicated hopeless place... the great revolution didn’t really go so well. sad they stayed this long as it deteriorated although they evidently they felt it was their place. RIP.
Most people I have known from Haiti had left it. They became US citizens and kept Haiti in their rear view mirror.

When the family guy joke of Godzilla arriving to Haiti rings true. Just stay away.
@abcnews, did you also let the Americans know that a businessman American, Frederick Bergmann, from Tampa just got sentenced for 9 years for sending equipments that killed the president, Jovenel Moise?
Not just Haitians that are victims from this chaos that was created.

Haiti was lost years ago
I'm so sorry this has happened. They had strong hearts to mission there knowing how volatile it is there. Prayers
Sadly avoidable The road to hell paved with good intentions And bad judgment
Truth is, many, not all, but many tragedies you read about in the news are preventable.
Shame on the adults, in their lives, for not discouraging them from traveling to that s-hole country!!
This was the same thing that happened 4 years ago with the 2 Scandinavian girls that went hitchhiking alone in Morocco in North Africa and went missing. They eventually found their bodies raped and decapitated.
California is identical to Haiti
David u a s**t head for calling Haiti 🇭🇹 a s**t hole country
@@evaristus4821 There was a video floating around showing their decapitation (I believe in their tent). It was brutal. One of them cried out for her mother. Young and naive. Missionaries are waisting their time and losing good people in this dangerous times, I feel sorry for this young couple.

This is really sad my condolences to the family the Haitian community appreciate what they’ve done to help 🇭🇹🇭🇹over the years thank you
Why don’t they understand that they don’t want their help or religion! They want yall out!
Exactly. Missionaries are trespassers in their view.
Because they are thumpers. At my house, I slam the door in the face after pointing to the huge "NO SOLICITING including you BIBLE THUMPERS" sign that is on my front door. When I ask them how they can read a bible but not the sign, it's the same answer..."We didn't think it applied to us."
Arrogent pricks. All of them.
As a nation, you may be correct. I would not be so presumptuous as to think that there are no individuals who want help. Missionaries go looking for individuals who want help.
@@gregorymoore2877
"Missionaries go looking for individuals who want help."
Not always. Some missionaries were killed not long ago because they tried to push their god myth on an island of people who said "DO NOT COME TO OUR ISLAND!"
@@phillipzx3754 If they were being pushy about it, then they were doing it wrong. Were they killed for being insufferable or were they killed for just being there? I'm not familiar with the event you mentioned.
Oh nooooo....so sorry to hear this ...we are so upset and so sad...we have been several times to Haiti and love the missionaries there
They were young and brain washed into thinking some pretty naive crap.
They had no idea what they were getting into and now they are dead.
That is pretty sad alright.
They were untrained in warfare
Haiti is a war zone

Why go to Haití, these. People are very unreasonable .
Because they cared and took care of an orphanage with orphans and they lived there for quite a while are already. They were trying to help people for God's sakes. No need to put them down
This is what the average citizen in Haiti is dealing with on a daily basis. If it were you, you eould want outside help.
My deepest heartfelt condolences go out to the missionaries families that have been left behind. And I’m so truly sorry for your loss and your loved ones are now with Jesus. And you will see your loved ones in Heaven someday soon!! That’s Gods Eternal Heavenly Promise to you guys!!

His family started an orphanage!!

Why do firemen go into burning buildings?; or Men & women go fight on foreign lands to help people!
My only question is where was their security team? Perhapse they stayed knowing well the risk to them & the children they loved.

He was bugging these bears, eating under the nose of a bear who was evidently hungry while the dude and his GF were eating salmon they fished from the river. They should have given it to the bear.......Don't be rude and eat while an angry bear did not get anything........
Someone said that their deaths allowed the children to escape. That was said in the comments. Maybe it gave the children time to get away?
Sad
Heart breaking... Total madness.😢
Imagine what they did to her 1st. How unfathomably stupid to take your young pretty wife into that environment. Both were kids who’s parents knew the dangers, completely avoidable
Y'all commenting clearly have no clue what you're talking about. They stayed at an orphanage with kids that needed them. Their deaths gave the kids time to get away. Have some respect.

Blame the church for sending them.
No are you dumb
The only person that should be blamed is the person that shot them! They went because they had a love for the Haitian people and wanted to share the love of Jesus, by sharing the gospel and feeding the hungry, and taking care of the sick, and loving on the children who had no one to love them.
