fishing sandy hook NJ, OCTOBER FALSE ALBACORE ON GULP!? LIL' TUNERRR

started the day throwing an SP minnow looking for blues and striped bass, caught sight of some albies so i threw on an epoxy jig then a deadly dick but they would not hit. went to a bucktail with a grub to try a different approach at the blues and bass but wound up hooking into a nice false lil tunerrr. I fished from about 8am-10am, there was a 10-15 mph W wind which was nice but picked up to 20-25mph after 10am flushing me out for the day.
