I just finished watching all of your videos. I really enjoyed learning from you. You are a beautiful person both inside and outside. Your calm voice combined with the background music, artwork, and knowledge makes me look forward to more from you.
Amazing videos, there is any god of time or some kind of story about the pass of time and the importance of live the present? a kind of 'tempus fugit' in latin?
Thank you for your interesting question! In Japanese culture, while there isn't a direct equivalent to the concept of "tempus fugit" or a god solely dedicated to time as in some Western mythologies, there are indeed stories and philosophical ideas that explore the passage of time and the importance of living in the present. You could check about my Sakura video here. ruclips.net/video/rT96kE_i5Ns/видео.html
Thank you for putting together this video! It was very informative. Do you know the history of cats in japan? As a foreigner i heard of a story of a samurai walking through the forest when it began to rain. He found refuge under a tree when he spotted a dilapidated temple. As he scanned the building he saw a cat which appeared to be waving at him, as if it were calling him over. As he walked towards the cat/temple it was said a lightning bolt struck the tree he was beneath. For this, he offered the owner of the temple to restore the building to its former glory. I hear there is a symbiotic relationship between cats and good fortune. Not sure if it was the same story but i also heard cats would keep temples clean of mice, allowing inhabitants to store food easier, which in exchange, the owners would feed the cats and give them shelter. Do you gave knowledge of these stories? Im trying to put together a tattoo sleeve, as a foreigner, and really want to incorporate samurais/raijin/ cats protecting a temple. Just want to validate its all historically cohesive. Any info helps, thanks!!
Hello. I need help from someone who speaks Japanese. - I'm an author of fictional books written in English, and I created a few characters that are Japanese Kami. I would like to know what you think of their names. Do you think the names are good or bad? Do they sound weird? - Moshojin, 猛暑 神 Heiwajin, 平和 神 Boryokujin, 暴力 神 Korijin, 氷 神 Obutsujin, 汚物 神 - I based these names on the classical Kami named, Fujin, 風神 Raijin, 雷神 Ryujin 龍神
They also battled buddah for 33 years before giving up.. ( forgive me if I said that wrong) little girls was warned to cover thier belly button from rajin or he would take them ... he wasn't a good character throughout the pantheon only some parts ❤

Hello.
I need help from someone who speaks Japanese.
-
I'm an author of fictional books written in English, and I created a few characters that are Japanese Kami.
I would like to know what you think of their names.
Do you think the names are good or bad?
Do they sound weird?
-
Moshojin, 猛暑 神
Heiwajin, 平和 神
Boryokujin, 暴力 神
Korijin, 氷 神
Obutsujin, 汚物 神
-
I based these names on the classical Kami named,
Fujin, 風神
Raijin, 雷神
Ryujin 龍神
Thank you for your comment.
They are not bad but yes, I have to say it sounds bit weird to me. But then it is your creation in your world. ;-)
Hello 🐕
Hello back😊
🙏🙏 you are so beautiful
Oh, than you!
They’re from demon slayer
Haha, THEY are from Fuji and Raisin. ;-)
Fujin and raijin are devils of wind and thunder, they are enemies of Japanese gods
They are known as important protective deities in Japanese Buddhism.
They also battled buddah for 33 years before giving up.. ( forgive me if I said that wrong) little girls was warned to cover thier belly button from rajin or he would take them ... he wasn't a good character throughout the pantheon only some parts ❤
Came to know about this from tekken lol
