You are doing good, but you are not explaining why are we creating VWAN, where it is used. Why are we creating hubs and all. Its like you are bypassing some core explanations.
Where are the ARM templates you used in first half of the video? Time 13:50 of the video. How do you expect us to follow along if you don't provide this information. Should have just done it in GUI. I had to stop and pause the video several time to figure out your ARM settings to create it via GUI.
may i know what you are trying to say at 05:27 ... The next step is to create service provider connection and where can I see that??? Sorry to say this, many of Azure Trainers are giving vague explanatations... and I believe that is how Cloud training is .... Since Cloud is like an ocean, nobody gives an indepth explanation of anything

Yes you need to have it in your local machine
Where i can get creation of VM's need to check which subnet or VNet was used and how you are creating JSON template any video i can refer.
