You should be able to add a google add-on that allows you to add a chat box to your site 🙂 It might not be Chatra but I would suggest searching the google workplace marketplace for an add-on that works for you. We don't currently have a video on this but thank you for the recommendation - we will pass this along to the team 🙂

Chatra has a mobile app that you can download! This way, messages come right to your phone if you have that open and available 🙂
