Great to see Rob and Izzy sparring. They've got a lot, in and out of the cage, that they can share. And it's definitely a good move for Rob at this stage of his career to shake it up a bit...different bodies, different location, different strategies. He said a while ago that he's been around a long time and his game is pretty familiar to everyone. He's got to add some element of surprise to that. Good move by his team to reach out.
