Mad respect to the girl in the second case who signed up to tinder and spent the time finding someone with the name Aubrey, then passing her info over to police.
Dude, me and my buddy thought someone walked in through my sliding door in the back the other night. We went silent, and agreed we both heard it. Thank god it was nothing, because halfway down the hallway, unarmed but with at least someone else able to help, I realized I was just unarmed and by myself. This mf stayed back😂😂😂😂I won't let him live it down and he feels bad but it is what it is😂 Point is, this chick is a golden friend for sure
If the Thomas R. guy was convicted under German law the surname not being published is normal. We don't really do that here in Germany. Criminals, no matter the crime, usually don't get their surnames revealed.
I think its European law because in Poland also, as I know one of Judge said that because of this law if you have same name and surname as criminial, quote "that a person's good name is violated because it is perceived as stigmatizing"
Holy crap, I can’t believe how Lauren Smith-Fields case was treated. She was obviously drugged like what the heck man?? Why do the cops refuse to do their job? I can understand why the black community would be angry about this!
They were probably just getting high and she overdosed unknowing ingesting fentanyl. Literally happens all the time. Blood is probably from the nose. Junkies commonly abandon or shy away from the situation in general because they don’t want to get in trouble for supplying the drugs. Dude was probably a drug dealer. Very well could have been murder but the chances are more common that it’s just druggy shit. Definitely handled poorly though all around.
Black women are the least respected and least protected in America. This should not be a shock to anyone. If Lauren was a white woman, the case would NOT have been handled this way.
i mean i get what you're saying but imagine if you were raped or idealising suicide on a regular and some guy randomly mentions stuff like that chances are, you'd feel worse afterwards a person who's got murdered can't really be affected by words spoken so i yeah, i guess there is that i think it's arbitrary as well but it's not up to me to decide it tbh and i respect that
because hearing about murder isnt as traumatic because if u where murdered ur dead. If u where raped hearing about it can be traumatic bc ur still alive. It makes plenty of sense, even though I don't agree with them enforcing it site wide. It's also because of advertisers, which only care about optics, so of course it won't be 1 to 1 with what you personally think should and shouldnt be censored. Edit: and if u attempted suicide, but survived, hearing about it can be traumatic. However if you're the victim of attempted murder, it's so much more commonly talked about, that it'd mostly be traumatic to hear the methods explained, and not just the word "murder". However, that's probably less likely than it just being because of advertisers not wanting their name next to the word suicide.
I keep hearing about this so often, one of my parents works in a justice department which deals with this, it happens much more often than you think, rape, trafficking and forced prostitution. Never let your guard down even if it’s in a very public place. Never take anything offered to you by a stranger or go with them to a place you don’t know. Every time I hear stories about this it makes me sick. No matter what happens, a rape will negatively affect a victim for the rest of their life.
@@cosmiccc4464 no you don’t, your just an attention seeking degenerate. Edit: To be honest I was probably drunk or something when I read your comment, unless you edited yours yourself idk why I said that. Anyway, they are domestic violence lawyers.
yeah, better to be safe than sorry. the only people who tell you that online dating apps are fine is people who met someone good or people who don’t use them. i’d rather be single than risk being murdered violently with nobody knowing what truly happened
As someone who’s been SA’d on a tinder date, be careful everyone. It’s best to take things slowly , publicly and to keep an eye out for red flags. They might not show their ugly traits on the first date so be wary and put your safety first because you are important. Don’t let anyone push you into something you’re not comfortable with because a good person will respect your boundaries and a bad one will not.
I'm sorry about your experience I totally agree, as a guy I know what other guys are thinking Any dude who wants to go to a hotel or his house and you not even in relationship is a big no, he basically wants sex and will say all the sweet words trying to convince you
@@ramziiiii I’ve learned a lot from my bad experiences and I’m surprised I survived some of them looking back. I just wish others don’t have to go through great trauma to learn what I’ve learned so I’m glad Tuv is talking about it and bringing awareness. When I was younger I was insecure, passive, and lacked any boundaries because I was never taught how to assert them. Tinder made me feel desirable and being insecure about my looks I ate it up. I ended up putting myself in many reckless situations because I didn’t care what happened to me and I desperately wanted love and affection being the lonely 18-19 year old I was. It makes me worry about other young people who start online dating. I know many struggle with mental health like I do and that can make you vulnerable. Especially If you are 18 or early 20’s on dating apps there are a lot of creeps that will take advantage of you. Dating apps make finding their victims much easier. They know how to spot the right prey and manipulate so it’s very important that young people are educated about this issue. Being flung into the online dating world at such a young age can be overwhelming and greatly muddy your senses. The world can be dangerous so learning how to spot red flags and listen to your gut is very important.
Lauren's case hurts so much to hear about. The thought of her family losing her and not being notified is ludacris. Everyone who worked that case needs to be fired
Thank you for covering Grace Millane, I was part of a search team that went out to try and find her. This completely shocked our little country to its core
Much agreed. Charlie (penguinz0) introduced me to this channel and super thankful honestly. It's learning something new and sheds some light on these cases.
anyone on any platform can be a weirdo, if you think about it. I feel so bad for the victims who fell into the hands of these criminals. RIP to those who have passed :(
As a person who lives in a small Nebraska town, my entire family was following the Aubrey Trail case because my dad lived in Broken Bow for some time and my Uncle lives in Lincoln. The principal of a neighboring town (where many of my friends live) is the father of Sydney.
Thank you for speaking about Lauren black women cases are not seen as important and we may never know the whole thing because of how it was treated but hopefully she will get justice one day
It’s so infuriating that that guy was let free because they didn’t take this case seriously. Who knows what horrors that beautiful lady had to endure that night. Now there are more people out there who will get hurt by this monster.
I'm from New Zealand and the Grace Millane case was massive here (also Sky City is mainly known for its casino). There was also discussion about how the normalisation of BDSM and similar acts during sex has lead to other people dying unintentionally or being killed intentionally with "BDSM gone too far" used as the excuse by the killer.
I watched the BOZE video on this yeah I saw comments like this, so that excuse is unreasonable because wouldnt she resist..? Did you not check if she was breathing or her pulse while youre stranging her..? Thats odd.
met my bf through tinder nearly a year ago. glad he wasn’t a killer, that would’ve sucked. here’s a helpful tip for online dating: don’t go to their house/apartment/hotel on the first date. go out with them multiple times (at least 3) before ever doing that.
The Bailey and Aubrey trial has me absolutely baffled because if both the husband and wife committed the exact same act, how come he ended up being sentenced to death while she only got life behind bars? It’s technically the same thing since they’re both going to die in prison but it just caught me off guard
lauren’s case made me so fucking sad. that man obviously did something to her. but this isn’t the first and won’t the be the last time a black womans death isn’t taken seriously, especially when the last person who saw her is a white man. is there any petitions to sign & any way we can help get justice for lauren or get her case looked into more?
the lauren smith case makes me so sad. no one ever stands up for black women or tries to protect them when something terrible happens and the fact that no one even tried to contact the family is horrible. as a black woman myself this makes me fear for my own safety.
Usually I wouldn’t be as creeped out of videos, but the fact that these are all true stories just prove that the world is a scary place. Thanks tuv for the video!
tuv, you are like a comfort person to me. whenever I’m sad or smth stupid I always put your videos on. watching your videos is like talking to a friend, and I really enjoy that. your content is right up my ally and honestly it’s hard to find youtubers unique like you. I’ve been watching you for a while and I’m honestly so proud of how far you’ve come. thanks for taking your time to entertain us :)
The best piece of advice i can give to anyone meeting someone from a dating site, is to not meet with them unless they are okay sending a picture of their licence to you. You then send that picture to a trusted friend/family member and let them know where you are going and when you plan to be back
that wont be enough to, they can fake a licence plate easily or just send a wrong one. best thing to do is to meet them only and only at crowded public places for the first few times.
The reason you can only find his name listed as "Thomas R." is because of the privacy laws in different European countries, including Germany and the Netherlands. They have laws over there that protect the defendant's names until after they've been convicted to the crime as to not ruin their life if they're found not guilty. I believe we should implement that in the States.
You’re right. Defendants are innocent until proven guilty. Media coverage of cases where they reveal full names ruin the defendants reputation even though they’re innocent to the law, and can even interfere with police investigation.
Of course the only death that wasn't brought justice was that of a black woman that was possibly murdered by a white male. Was seriously nothing done to the perpetrator of this even with all of the evidence left right in front of them at the apartment? She was found with a deadly combination of drugs and alcohol in her system, and yet her death is marked as an "accident". Couldn't she have been coerced into doing so? Did she take them before arriving to the date, if that's even possible? Why isn't there more light shined on this, was there even a trial???
She took what she thought was Molly and was gonna get her fuck on, but overdosed instead. You can't charge someone with murder just because they were there.
9:03 hi tuv, Dutch person here, the reason that "Thomas R." is just R. with no last name is because in the Netherlands, only the first initial of the last name of convicts can be published. So by law they can't say his full last name.
I know most of you know this but- here are my “rules” for myself and friends to keep safe on first dates. ANY first date but especially someone you met online. 1) tell someone who you are meeting and where you are going. Text when you’re home and safe. 2) share pictures of who you are meeting and their name/other details with people before you go 3) share your location with close family and friends - tell them where you plan to be and what time 4) always meet in a public place first 5) don’t get in their car! Drive or uber yourself 6) bring something to protect yourself in a bag or pocket if you can (pepper spray, taser, etc) 7) TRUST YOUR GUT! If something feels wrong it probably is. Make something up, ask a friend to call, and leave (Edited for spelling)
I have somebody that lives further away as my safe person. I share my GPS location with them throughout the date and only message them through apps, not text. We set times of when to check in and how to give the home safe signal. They have full contact information to reach my family and a few close friends if I don't check in. By not texting and them living states away, any creep may not think to contact them if they're up to something sketchy. Who thinks to check all apps with messaging capabilities? Plus them having my GPS location can easily be a "mistake" if trying to get out of a sketchy situation. Why would I tell this person where I am if they are nowhere near me?
What an incredible friend in the first story, doing her own sleuthing by finding the one of the perpetrators on Tinder. I could only hope my loved ones would do the same if anything ever happened to me.
I work at one of the prisons where Aubrey Trail was placed as a “County Safekeep” while he was waiting trial. When we had him in our Restrictive Housing unit, we had a sign atop his door that read “Note: this inmate is extremely manipulative, do not have personal conversations”. Once sentenced, I watched as he was placed in a vehicle, and taken to our Death Row unit at a different prison. I’d love to tell you the personal interactions I had with him, but I can’t due to still being employed in the Nebraska Correctional system.
I love the fact he cares more that we're eating and not that we subscribe. Recently ive been watching Tuv alot and hes become apart of my daily life when im doing stuff like cleaning or cooking
@@theclockman775 well it depends. Eating disorders that have to do with body issues tend to start because of low self esteam. but ones unrealted like arfid or pica is due to trauma. its different for everyone but mine (arfid) is because of trauma.
Anytime I’ve ever been on a tinder date even in a public place I always tell my best friend where I’m going, who I’ll be with, and send pictures of the person just in case.
Thank you for covering this topic I feel like despite the world having newer generations who are extremely interested in true crime we still forget or dismiss crimes that have happened due to online interactions

I remember reading a Reddit true story about a bisexual man trying to find love through a dating app and he met another man. After some communication, they met up bcuz they lived in the same city/state. The dude filled him up with red wine, groped and humped him against his will, and broke into his house to try and watch him shower. When the bisexual man 1 refused his sexual advances, he was shamed.
Notice how it's never covered when men are gay or bi. I see zero channels covering it. But i see lots of channels covering black women cases. Yet they say it's rarely covered.
From a dutchman: For the name of Thomas R. In the Netherlands, all criminals have their surname initialized to prevent doxing of the perpetrator by unknown people demanding justice through violence, despite the vile deeds of the perpetrator
And also to prevent doxxing a wrong person who happens to have the same name as the suspect, or to protect a suspect if they have not been found guilty yet. The only exceptions are when there is like an active hunt by the police on a very dangerous escaped or fugitive criminal
@@REYyouriRey interestingly enough, similar happened with the last scumbag mentioned in this video. Kemper was initially granted name suppression (hence the censorship of his name in the police interview footage), but because literally our entire country was so disgusted with him, a politician* thought it would be cool to breach the legal suppression. We all definitely wanted to know his name, but damn dude. Grace Milane, I am so sorry we failed to protect your life in NZ, but we’ll damn sure protect your memory. Me: watching your channel for the first time .I just sat down with a plate of food on my lap as you were saying that lol. I am ready. Lauren deserves justice. How disgusting the way they treated her family and the case. The fact that they didn't collect evidence nor were notified of her passing is beyond horrible and feels like covering up something. Hey Tuv, I just wanna say that you're one of the best horror RUclipsrs. The reason is you are friendly, and whenever I watch you, I get the vibe that there's no reason to be too scared. You're videos are usually scary, but your attitude leaves me at ease, somehow making me feel everything will be ok. Plus I know you won't show anything too disturbing or heartbreaking, like children suffering, unlike Scaretheater, who has before. I know this comment may seem odd, but I genuinely enjoy watching you, and wish you best of luck on RUclips!
I don't know if it was tinder, but I remember there being one amateur filmmaker who catfished young men and attacked them with a hockey mask on. His first victim escaped but the second one wasn't as fortunate. He ended up killing him and when the police came to his house, they found a splatter of blood all across his garage(?) and he told them it was fake blood for one of his "films" called the "House of Cards". What was creepy about this was that the plot of "House of Cards" was the exact same of his crime and he even had a "serial killer log" which later turned out to be his "journal" of some sort where he depicted his crime. I forgot what his name was, but I think it was Michael something. It was a sick and sad crime and the first victim spoke about his biggest regret was how he hadn't gone to report it to the police after he had escaped
Hey man, I wanted to thank you for that reminder to eat food. I've been working on schoolwork and cleaning all day, and usually whenever I'm doing that and hyperfixating like that I'll completely forget to eat. That's what happened today, didn't even realize I'd skipped breakfast and lunch until you mentioned it. Now I'm sitting down with a bowl of cereal to listen to this video while I work :)
Omg your editing has been getting amazing- I haven’t watched you in a few months and your editing caught me off guard I was not expecting that! That intro is amazing!!
I’m from Nebraska (near Saline County, actually), and I remember when Sydney Loofe went missing. There were ‘missing’ billboards in Lincoln before she was found, and I remember when they found her killers. Crazy situation, especially considering I had never been so close (so to speak) to such a high profile case.
A girl from my university has actually been murdered by a tinder date this year and then he also set her place of fire and this is how she was found very fast. Also my mom is a nail tech and one of her clients has a coworker who went on a tinder date and they went to a public place. He missed his last train on purpose and she offered him to sleep at her place (hesitantly) but on the coach in her living room. He was fine with it. When they were at her place, she just had this gut feeling and locked her bedroom door. At night she realized that he tried opening the door and when he couldn’t open it, he lost his shit and started shouting at her. She called the police and he escaped. When the police arrived they saw that the guy wrapped the whole coach in plastic wrap and had laid out different knives. Super terrifying
it's insane that with all the safeguards, gps, phone tracking etc, it's more dangerous meeting someone from the internet now than it was to back in the 90's and early 2000's where none of these existed except for common sense
very high quality compared to your older vids. this isnt a diss to ur older videos at all lol just saying your editing has come a long way. well done tuv
Hey Tuv, I'm late af but thanks for covering Sydney Loofe's case respectfully and properly. We followed it closely here and were hoping she could come home. So many were shocked when she was found. Trail and Boswell can rot forever
@@dizzysnirvana and so do the judges apparently because Trail was denied his request for the death penalty. He truly will be rotting in jail for the rest of his life
Tuv couldn’t mention this due to RUclips guidelines. Samantha Stewart (Drayton’s victim) had her teeth “knocked out and her tongue was hanging out from her mouth.” Absolutely horrible.
No matter how good the purposes of an app/act/thing was made for, bad people will always find ways to turn it into bad and dangerous things. It is just so sad Rip to the victims and be safe everyone
You should name the sections of the videos after the victims instead of the killer. The killers shouldn’t have their name plastered and I think naming them after the victims gives a sort of justice they deserve when their story is being told
I love how I sat down with my McDonald’s ready to chow down when you said “if you’re not eating right now that’s mad disrespectful” lol. I was like aww shit I passed the vibe check. 😊
Sidney Loofe was found around 7 miles away from my high school. I still remember going to Edgar NE and having to take a detour because of all the police and FBI vehicles. Scary times. I'm glad her murderers were properly sentenced.
LMAOOOOOO idk why but I always like to eat and fall asleep to tuv's videos. There's something about his voice that makes me fall asleep and feel relaxed lol!
I met my ex on Tinder, and a lot of my friends are convinced one day he will murder someone. He SA'd me and talked of his fantasies of strangulating people out of rage/humor(?). We only dated 3 months, I wonder often how it could have gotten worse if I stayed. Stay safe out there
I think the time stamps should rather be the name of the victims than the killers, cause we dont really want to give them any more fame than they already got
I see your point, but the video is covering the criminals of Tinder, not the victims. Plus some of these criminals are repeat offenders. Like Jesse Kempson, who murdered Grace Millane, was also convicted of r*p*ng two other women. Feels kind of unfair if only the murder victim gets acknowledged by a time stamp when the others don’t. Kind of downplays their pain by ignoring them in favor of recognizing Grace’s death. It’s just easier to label the chapters by offender rather than victim.
I met my fiancé of 7 years on tinder. The most amazing woman in existence. Sadly i hated myself too much to give her the love she deserved. Rather spent too much time trying to make sure i had my own business and she had a new car, anything she wanted, started saving for a home. Knowing she wanted kids i couldn't jump into that without knowing that when im gone they will have a successful business and she would have everything she wanted. The stress ate at me and i started using a stimulant. After a while i became extremely depressed and sad. When i finally realized how i had been acting and got sober. She left. Im so proud of her for leaving when she wasnt happy. I know it took alot of strength. We tried to fix things. But i just couldnt let her get back into our relationship knowing that she deserved so much more and i wasnt sure i could be that for her. Its been 8 months now and the depression has now caused my business to fail and me to attempt suicide twice. I just cant live with myself knowing all i had. Especially that i had the love of my life living with me for that long and doing so much for me. Sorry for venting
In The Netherlands we never call anyone by their last name as soon as they are a suspect or worse. We have seen alot of violence against family members of the accused/sentenced when not even involved in any way. Also privacy etc. Hope this clears it up a bit
Sydney Loofe was a close family friend. She worked at Menards with my mom and eventually became like a third daughter to her. She was the most kind hearted and cheerful person.. Thank you for bringing awareness. She deserved so much better. Please please please be careful if you are using these sites.

As a lesbian, it’s hard finding the kinds of women I’m interested in without a dating app. They are not obviously gay and I don’t think I am either. My girlfriend and I have been together for 5 years after meeting on an app, and on the first date, I think back now to how it could’ve been sketchy for her… We texted quite a bit before we met in person. We met up at our college campus, and my intention was to take her to play pool at the rec center. It was closed. I didn’t know other places with pool tables except bars, and for some reason I picked one on a sketchy side of town, and offered to drive her there. She wasn’t very hesitant to get in the car with me and I of course had no ill intention, but what if I did…? If we ever broke up, I would definitely be more cautious. I hope she would be too.
For your question about "Thomas R" - some countries have laws about not disclosing specific identifying information of people until after a guilty verdict is reached. Not sure if his trial has concluded or not but that could be one explanation
Yooo Laurens case is very sus. Promethazine and hydroxyzine can be used for sleeping. My family has been prescribed them before for it. Hydroxyzine doesn’t get you high so there’s no reason to take it. That on top of alcohol is a lot of depressants. They definitely did not investigate that well.
The dude clearly drugged and r*ped her... then got scared when he accidently killed her with an overdosis. And the cops covered everything up for that Monster. What a shame.
Dating apps, when used safely, can be great things! I met my fiancé on Hinge! That being said, be *extremely* careful. I have heard many stories of things going wrong, this video only covers some extreme examples, but even more things can be weird about meeting someone from online (when my fiancé first got on the app, she went on a date with someone who turned out to be 25. She was 19 at the time) Moral of the story, be super careful who you trust and who you meet from dating apps, it can obviously go well but it could easily go completely south.
Really want to mention something. Society praises those who fight back and perish against their attackers as being courageous, and yes, they are. But the victims who yield in order to survive are not given that same praise. If you had to choose between your loved one fighting back and dying as a result, or your loved one playing things safely, and yet living. Which would you choose? People do what they need to in order to survive. I’m a victim myself and it’s a choice of risking your life by fighting, or minimizing as much pain as possible, try to survive the encounter, and hopefully escape once the attacker is unaware.
I don’t know if this is good advice. If this is a public place or near people you should fight, scream, etc. UNLESS they are just robbing you. I don’t remember her name, but her killer took her while she was hiking. He said “I decided to kill her because if I let her go I’d get caught.” or something a long that line. If someone is willing to harm you, they are not going to take the chance of you telling on them no matter how compliant you are. They would just go through with killing you. That doesn’t mean you don’t deserve respect for being compliant, but usually it’s better to fight.
I think this is really a case by case basis sort of thing. If someone is just trying to rob you yeah it makes sense to just yield to what they want but if their intention is to actually physically harm you, you should definitely fight back. If someone intends on killing you anyway you'll have a better chance of surviving if you fight than if you don't and it's better to die fighting than to surrender in that case.
100% agree that we need to de-stigmatize the actions a victim takes in order to survive an attack of _any_ kind. No-one knows how they'd react or what they'd need to do to survive the same situation... and just because you're not _physically_ fighting doesn't mean you're giving in. _It doesn't matter what you do as long as you come out of it alive._
one case i find interesting is 'simon leviev', who i watched a netflix documentary on (aptly named 'tinder swindler' in case anyone is interested). it shows that even if u think u know somebody, and no matter how much u look them up online, u might not truly know them. basically tinder is hellspawn
The Lauren Smith-Fields case makes me so angry. It seems pretty clear to me that the case was horribly mishandled by racist cops who couldn't have cared less about actively trying to incarcerate the man who murdered this innocent woman. A despicable crime being overlooked by terrible people, all because of the victim's skin color.
Thank you for putting the focus on the victims and their families in this video. I think it's sadly all too common in this genre of content on RUclips, and just in general, to attract viewers with salacious details on the killers, and not the victims whose lives are forever lost. And then robbed subsequently post mortem when their killers receive all the recognition and media coverage, and their family and loved ones are left to suffer
i was hoping you would cover laurens case in this video, the only spaces i have seen any coverage of her murder is on tiktok. i hate to be the person that compares cases to gabby petito but man its so sad to see black women go missing/murdered at such a high rate without anyone even blinking an eye. rest in power Lauren
I think the only bad experience I had on tinder was being invited to some dudes house bc he wanted to play Nintendo switch with someone and it had just come out. It eventually led to him wanting something from me and I wasnt super down for anything super crazy so I went down on him. He lasted approximately 30 seconds before saying "I'm gonna blow" verbatim, and then immediately after he finished, he sat down on his bed and sobbed for about 20 mins. I ended up leaving before he was done crying, but I think the worst part is that I went back to talk to him again after that 💀
9:04 its just how we call the killers/criminals in the netherlands mostly to keep there identity a secret... Or to not make fun of there last names wich is probably "roomboter" or somthing

I’m kinda curious and can’t find it on google so, what happens if someone reveals their surname?

So infuriating!!!!
unless she had an history of consuming fentanyl or other opoids, it's almost certainly a murder.
Fr, like how does someone accidentally ingest all those drugs she had in her system?
Black women are the least respected and least protected in America. This should not be a shock to anyone. If Lauren was a white woman, the case would NOT have been handled this way.
What a world we live in where "murder" is fine but suicide and rape are censored. Make it make sense.
Don’t give them ideas that’s all of Bailey sarians videos demonetised
trigger
i mean i get what you're saying
but imagine if you were raped or idealising suicide on a regular and some guy randomly mentions stuff like that
chances are, you'd feel worse afterwards
a person who's got murdered can't really be affected by words spoken so i yeah, i guess there is that
i think it's arbitrary as well but it's not up to me to decide it tbh and i respect that
THIS 🙌🏻
because hearing about murder isnt as traumatic because if u where murdered ur dead.
These types of videos really humble me they make me realize im not invincible and this can happen to anyone.

The best piece of advice i can give to anyone meeting someone from a dating site, is to not meet with them unless they are okay sending a picture of their licence to you. You then send that picture to a trusted friend/family member and let them know where you are going and when you plan to be back

I know most of you know this but- here are my “rules” for myself and friends to keep safe on first dates. ANY first date but especially someone you met online.
1) tell someone who you are meeting and where you are going. Text when you’re home and safe.
2) share pictures of who you are meeting and their name/other details with people before you go
3) share your location with close family and friends - tell them where you plan to be and what time
4) always meet in a public place first
5) don’t get in their car! Drive or uber yourself
6) bring something to protect yourself in a bag or pocket if you can (pepper spray, taser, etc)
7) TRUST YOUR GUT! If something feels wrong it probably is. Make something up, ask a friend to call, and leave
(Edited for spelling)
I have somebody that lives further away as my safe person. I share my GPS location with them throughout the date and only message them through apps, not text. We set times of when to check in and how to give the home safe signal. They have full contact information to reach my family and a few close friends if I don't check in.
By not texting and them living states away, any creep may not think to contact them if they're up to something sketchy. Who thinks to check all apps with messaging capabilities? Plus them having my GPS location can easily be a "mistake" if trying to get out of a sketchy situation. Why would I tell this person where I am if they are nowhere near me?

Stay safe out there
Im so sorry for what you've gone through, and happy that u got out. You're brave for that
I watch Tuv while eating a free happy meal at McDonald's. B)
@@kamrongoolsby3444 ahh yeah didnt realize that there where more victims to each chapter, good point
Stay strong man, it’s fucking tough out here
Suicide is never the answer.
Have you tried contacting her again?
Rip to these lovely people, they only wanted to find love and were heartbroken by these monsters.
Irl dating is better.
I learn that the hard way
In The Netherlands we never call anyone by their last name as soon as they are a suspect or worse. We have seen alot of violence against family members of the accused/sentenced when not even involved in any way. Also privacy etc. Hope this clears it up a bit
We also don't like glorifying abusers, killers and rapists
@@jongerenreviews8559 Indeed, not worthy to call them by their full names
Sydney Loofe was a close family friend.
She worked at Menards with my mom and eventually became like a third daughter to her. She was the most kind hearted and cheerful person..
Thank you for bringing awareness.
She deserved so much better.
Please please please be careful if you are using these sites.

There was a candle light vigil at Sunken Gardens to honor her memory 💗
Hello! I'm so sorry for your loss of Sydney. The amount of sickening people there can be on these kinds of sites is horrible. I hope you, Sydney's family, and your family are doing okay.
I am so sorry. She really deserved the best.

My mom has a cute memorial garden bench in memory of her.
The fact that I was eating while tuv said to go eat was hilarious to me

It’s sad that Lauren smith fields still hasn’t got justice after a year and her murderer is still at large and police don’t believe he did it when it’s very clear
I don't use tinder or dating apps. Never get matches and the last one I did it was weird af, was always scared something will happen. So many "nice" people end up being the worst mentally unstable people.
The obsession with perverted intimacy in this world is the biggest root I can think of for the reasons for these crimes. It’s so sad.
Yupp
At random yesterday you popped up in my recommendation to watch , I have been watching your videos since yesterday.
I love that you are straight to the point and do not sugar coat shit.

So happy to wake up to a new tuv video 💖love ur content dude
LOL I ALWAYS EAT WHEN I WATCH HIS VIDEOS AND THE ONE TIME IM NOT HE MENTIONS IT😭
For your question about "Thomas R" - some countries have laws about not disclosing specific identifying information of people until after a guilty verdict is reached.
They definitely did not investigate that well.
yeah where did the fentanyl come from? Im very sure he drugged her
The dude clearly drugged and r*ped her... then got scared when he accidently killed her with an overdosis.
This guy makes me happy and excited when he uploads
The people who dont fight and give in die a worse death, the weak die harder than the strong.
@@pinkrocker61401 I think it is really based on luck sometimes like with Lisa Mcvey he killed every victim but her.
He is called "Thomas R" because the family name is protected in (some) european countries.
one case i find interesting is 'simon leviev', who i watched a netflix documentary on (aptly named 'tinder swindler' in case anyone is interested). it shows that even if u think u know somebody, and no matter how much u look them up online, u might not truly know them. basically tinder is hellspawn
The craziest thing was, I keep getting adverts for tinder and bumble…
I’m lesbian and I might end up using a dating app one day because it’s hard to find a girl as a lesbian. But I know how to be careful.
What does being lesbian have anything to do with your statement

The Lauren Smith-Fields case makes me so angry.
It seems pretty clear to me that the case was horribly mishandled by racist cops who couldn't have cared less about actively trying to incarcerate the man who murdered this innocent woman.
A despicable crime being overlooked by terrible people, all because of the victim's skin color.
incarcerate*
Literally that case made me so upset. Every victim in the video got justice except for her
Thank you for putting the focus on the victims and their families in this video.
